Jorhat Institute of Science and Technology (JIST), also popularly known as IIT Sotai.

Infrastructure: Jorhat Institute of Science and Technology (JIST) offered a well-equipped campus with smart classrooms, advanced laboratories, a central library, and Wi-Fi access. Hostels were spacious, with separate blocks for boys and girls, provided clean rooms, 24X7 water and electricity, mess facilities, and a secure environment for students to live and study comfortably.

It is an average college for science students.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure provided in our college were not up to the mark. Wi-Fi was not provided on campus. Classrooms were not digitalised. Library was good, but didn't contain every study material. Wi-Fi facility was provided in the hostel, and the food served was up to the mark. Canteen served spicy food items available. Medical facilities were not available on campus. Sports and games were well organised. It conducts a tough competition in the sports section every week.

Have some satisfaction as it doesn't have a good placement till now.

Infrastructure: The engineering department has basic facilities. Labs don't have all the equipment, and the college infrastructure is also basic, but it does have Wi-Fi and digital classrooms. The hostel offers decent facilities, and the food in the mess is decent.

Jorhat Institute of Science and Technology formerly known as Science College.

Infrastructure: There is limited facilities as compared to other engineering college in Assam. There are three college buses in the campus which helps students to reach college from a far distance also. There is table tennis room and also there is a basketball court in the campus. You will get open field playground for cricket and football as well as volleyball. There are 3 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel.

I am satisfied with this college.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are well equipped and hygienic. A Wi-Fi facility is also available on our campus. There is also a library in our college where students can get thousands of books for every subject and department. There is a fresh environment in the library. Hostel facilities are also excellent.

As a student of JIST, I recommend this college to students who want to study B.Tech or B.Sc.

Infrastructure: The game section is too good. The college and hostel provides Wi-Fi. The hostel is very good. All of them maintain discipline, and rules are strictly followed. The canteen fees are affordable for all kinds of students, and both quality and quantity are very good and hygienic.

Our college is average enough to become an engineer.

Infrastructure: Labs and library are average. The number of books are not sufficient but the authority is planning to buy more books this year. Wi-Fi is provided in the hostel. JIST has 3 boys hostel, and 2 girls hostels. The quality of food served is like any other Indian college. We have a small canteen on campus. There is also a dispensary in the college for emergencies. If you are into sports, you can join several sports clubs here.

Decent College, Needs Improvement .

Infrastructure: Jorhat Institute of Science and Technology (JIST) provides excellent infrastructure and facilities for students. Spacious classrooms and well-equipped labs support hands-on learning, while the central and departmental libraries offer extensive academic resources. The institute has on-campus hostels for both boys and girls, ensuring clean rooms with 24/7 electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. Hostel mess facilities are self-managed, focusing on hygiene. A campus health center with a doctor and pharmacist...

Good infrastructure and facilities .

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi free of cost, labs are good, classroom cleanliness is not sufficient, library was not such in good manner, no discipline. And hostel is best for engineering life, suggest to stay in hostel not in PG and such rent room. Hostel was nice in all ways.

Joke of a college, the Jordan Institute of Science and Technology.

Infrastructure: An old library is present without e-library facilities. Labs are not up to the mark. A hostel is just a place for boys to live; no good facilities are available. No medical facilities are provided. The college main gate is a showpiece; as the engineering college main gate cannot be opened.

It has the potential to become a great college, but the faculty are not that active.

Infrastructure: The hostel life is quite good. There is free Wi-Fi, good food, freshers, farewell, etc., in the hostel.
