Review of Kammavary Polytechnic College.
Placements: Around 8 students were sent to different companies and among those 5 got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Nikon and Vaku. Around 3 students got internships from our course in TCS. Top roles offered were data analyst and software developer.
Infrastructure: Our college has a playground, and we can play all games. The library is available for students and it contains journals, newspapers, and many books. The hostel is available on the opposite road from the college. Our college has a canteen. The food served in the canteen is average. Medical facilities are not much good. Sports activities are held in the college playground. Our college provides free space for students.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-established and qualified. Their teaching quality is good. They always clear our doubts if we ask them. The curriculum does not make us industry-ready. Semester exams are not much difficult. Our teachers provide proper study materials, and we can refer to the previous years' question papers.
Other: I opted for this college because my cousin studied at this college. I have been waiting to join this college and get a degree here. Our college should provide digital projectors for teaching so that students can gain knowledge and come up with the best outcome. Our college conducts a Chiguru fest every year, where all students showcase their talents. We have an engineering college on campus surroundings. Our college celebrates all kinds of events. I have been awarded an SSP scholarship. The state government provides scholarships to students. Extracurricular activities are conducted every Friday, especially in the Kannada hub.
