Don't take admission here if you want better college life. If you want a degree, then go for it.

Placements: 10% of students are placed. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys and TCS. 20% of students got internships from our college. Internships provided by the college are of no use and not that much worthy. Instead of going with college internship, you can find a better one externally.

Infrastructure: Labs and library are top-notch, except there's always a network issue in the college. No Wi-Fi is provided. Medical facilities are average. Sports and games facilities are good. Mess and canteen food are below average. No non-veg is allowed inside the college, not even in the mess.

Faculty: Teachers are not that helpful, except few. The curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready. Exams are quite average. Semester exams can be quite tough as the papers are made by the university. So you need to study well for semester exams. More than 50% faculty members don't know the subject they are teaching.

Other: I chose this course just to have a professional degree. There should be more focus on practical work, except theoretical. Event and extracurricular activities are held once in a year.

Great infrastructure, supportive faculty members, and strong placements at KIT.

Placements: I am from the diploma. CSE batch of 2024 at KIT College of Engineering, where around 75-85% of students got placed. The highest package reaches 22 LPA, with an average around 5.5 LPA - 6 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Infosys, and Persistent recruited from our course, offering roles like software developer and data analyst. KIT provides excellent learning and placement support, helping students build strong careers.

Infrastructure: KIT offers excellent infrastructure with modern labs, Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, and a well-stocked library for the CSE department. Hostels are comfortable. The mess serves hygienic food. Medical facilities and vibrant sports grounds add to campus life. Overall, college provides a great environment for learning and growth.

Faculty: Teachers at KIT are helpful, well-qualified, and supportive, ensuring concepts are clear. CSE curriculum is quite relevant and includes practical exposure, making students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, if you study regularly. The pass percentage is high, around 85-95%. Overall, it's a good environment for learning and building a career.

Other: I am from the diploma CSE batch of 2024 at KIT, drawn to this course for my interest in coding and technology. The best part is the practical learning and placement opportunities, though more advanced projects and industry tie-ups could further improve it. KIT has vibrant fests, a friendly campus crowd, good connectivity, offers scholarships, ample extracurricular activities, and makes college life enjoyable and balanced.

The college provides facilities. Worth money. Teachers and courses are good.

Placements: Around 40-50% of students get placed every year. The states will change in the future. Many more students get placed as now colleges become autonomous means they are eligible to design their courses and conduct examinations in their colleges. I am in their first batch of autonomous. Now the course curriculum is good here they are focusing on industry-required skills. There are only CS-related subjects in the CS branch physics, chemistry, mechanical, etc.

Infrastructure: They have around 14 labs present in their college in labs. Internet facilities are available in labs. AC lecture halls are there with projectors to explain each topic. They have a library open from 9 am to 8 pm daily to ensure students learn new edition books. There is one girl and one boy's hostel both the hostels have a badminton court and ground inside the hostel. The mess food is all eatable. Medical facilities are also there. The college has one canteen, four grounds, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and a cricket ground.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive. Some may be there who may not support students. They know their subjects. Many teachers in college multitask like they have good knowledge about many languages like Java, C+, C, and development together which makes them good teachers.

Other: I have an interest in coding like exploring computer subjects like coding blockchain, and many more. I joined this college for its new course structure focusing on in-demand skills related to teaching. The things I think should improve like trying to manage the college timetable like the student has to be in college till 5 pm but the need is only up to 3 pm daily basis. We have 2 free periods which may shift at last udbhav Freshers and Engines Fest is their freshers held in nov and fest in March.

KIT Kanpur - Affordable engineering with strong CSE placements and supportive campus.

Placements: Overall, placement rate is 60-94%, depending on branch and batch. Major companies visit KIT. In CSE\IT, average package is 4 LPA - 6 LPA. It is a decent college, if you work hard. There is a good chance you will get placed. Overall, it is a good college for admission.

Infrastructure: Smart classrooms with projectors, AC in most of the rooms, and well-equipped labs with the latest systems and tools. We have large library with books, journals, and provide e-resources. We have high-speed internet access throughout campus, fully functional workshops, and AC seminar halls used for training and events.

Faculty: Most faculty members are from reputed institutions, and focus on theoretical concepts with some practical application. Faculty members are generally approachable, provide help with project guidance and career advice. Senior faculty members in core branches are well-experienced.

I experienced the best at this college.

Placements: I am pursuing BCA and around 95% of students from my batch got placed in their dream company with a 2 LPA to 5 LPA package offered. The best companies come for placement like Wipro, Infosys, TCL, etc. They offered the best roles in IT sector and in my course, 100% of students got internships.

Infrastructure: I am using campus Wi-Fi regularly and I haven't faced any issues yet, and the library is so silent for study and fully air-conditioned. The hostel is good, but I face some issues in the hostel mess. The size of the hostel rooms is so good, and they provide all the equipment for sports.

Faculty: There are highly qualified teachers who give us proper guidance and help us make projects. College makes exam papers moderate, so that any student can score better. They provide regular classes to students, and at the end of our degree, they give us full guidance on how to get placed.

Other: I want to become a software engineer, so I chose this course and this college, which is offering me this course with the best faculty, and the director sir, helps me to receive my full scholarship.

I am dissatisfied with the course curriculum and faculty members.

Placements: If you work hard on your own, then you can crack interviews and get placed. Exactly I do not know how many students get placed every year but students can definitely get a placement if they have good skills like communication and problem solving. The average salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure and a high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Classrooms are maintained and clean. In the whole college, the hygiene is well-maintained. The library is open to all students with two floors but the collection of books is very underrated. Overall, the library is good.

Faculty: I think the faculty members' support in our branch is not good. If you are comfortable with one faculty member, then you can survive because faculty member change is not possible. In our branch, we tried many times to change the faculty member, but they do not have any other to teach us, so we are surviving with the faculty support.
