Placements: 80% students get placed. The highest package offered is 50 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, and the average is 8 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS and Infosys. 90% from Google, Tata Motors, and Information Technology. The college boasts experienced and dedicated faculty, supportive administrative staff, and a strong placement record. Companies like TCS and Infosys recruiting students for various roles. Placement support is generally strong.

Infrastructure: Our department has modern labs, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked library. Hostel rooms are clean and secure, the mess food is hygienic, the canteen offers a variety, and medical support. Sports grounds and indoor games ensure a balanced campus life.

Faculty: Faculty are supportive, qualified, and use practical teaching methods. Curriculum is updated and industry-focused, helping students gain real skills. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, with a pass percentage of around 90%, ensuring fair results.

Other: I chose an EN course. In this, we can get knowledge of all upcoming semiconductor technologies. In our college, all the festivals are hosted.

Don't take admission here if you want better college life. If you want a degree, then go for it.

Placements: 10% of students are placed. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys and TCS. 20% of students got internships from our college. Internships provided by the college are of no use and not that much worthy. Instead of going with college internship, you can find a better one externally.

Infrastructure: Labs and library are top-notch, except there's always a network issue in the college. No Wi-Fi is provided. Medical facilities are average. Sports and games facilities are good. Mess and canteen food are below average. No non-veg is allowed inside the college, not even in the mess.

Faculty: Teachers are not that helpful, except few. The curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready. Exams are quite average. Semester exams can be quite tough as the papers are made by the university. So you need to study well for semester exams. More than 50% faculty members don't know the subject they are teaching.

Other: I chose this course just to have a professional degree. There should be more focus on practical work, except theoretical. Event and extracurricular activities are held once in a year.

Placements: Overall, placement rate is 60-94%, depending on branch and batch. Major companies visit KIT. In CSE\IT, average package is 4 LPA - 6 LPA. It is a decent college, if you work hard. There is a good chance you will get placed. Overall, it is a good college for admission.

Infrastructure: Smart classrooms with projectors, AC in most of the rooms, and well-equipped labs with the latest systems and tools. We have large library with books, journals, and provide e-resources. We have high-speed internet access throughout campus, fully functional workshops, and AC seminar halls used for training and events.

Faculty: Most faculty members are from reputed institutions, and focus on theoretical concepts with some practical application. Faculty members are generally approachable, provide help with project guidance and career advice. Senior faculty members in core branches are well-experienced.

I experienced the best at this college.

Placements: I am pursuing BCA and around 95% of students from my batch got placed in their dream company with a 2 LPA to 5 LPA package offered. The best companies come for placement like Wipro, Infosys, TCL, etc. They offered the best roles in IT sector and in my course, 100% of students got internships.

Infrastructure: I am using campus Wi-Fi regularly and I haven't faced any issues yet, and the library is so silent for study and fully air-conditioned. The hostel is good, but I face some issues in the hostel mess. The size of the hostel rooms is so good, and they provide all the equipment for sports.

Good placements, supportive faculty, and decent infrastructure for CSE students.

Placements: I am a student of B.Tech in CSE at KIT from the 2024-2028 batch. In our course, around 80-85% of students get placed. The highest package offered is around 12 LPA (off-campus), the average package is 4.5-5 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, and others. The most common roles offered are Software Developer, QA Tester, and Data Analyst.

Infrastructure: The CSE department has a good infrastructure with smart classrooms and well-equipped computer labs. Hostel facilities are decent. The mess food is average, and medical help is available on campus. Sports and indoor games are also provided. It is a very good college for students who belong to middle-class families.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, well-qualified, and have good technical knowledge. The curriculum is mostly relevant and covers industry-required skills with a mix of practical and theoretical learning. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is around 85-90%.

Other: I chose B.Tech CSE (2024-2028) due to my interest in coding and technology. The course offers good practical exposure and regular events, but more industry collaborations would be helpful. The campus is active with fests and extracurricular activities.

Placements: The placement rate of KIT was better than that of many other colleges in Kanpur. Many students got packages depending on their skills and abilities. Top MNC companies came to recruit. Roles in production lines, quality control departments, EV motors, bicycles, sales, telesales, business executives, and many more were offered.

Infrastructure: This college had a prestigious infrastructure and a very environment-friendly atmosphere with three huge grounds. It also provided space in the library, labs, computer labs, and centralized AC classrooms. They had delicious food in their canteen along with some food stalls on the ground. The mess, canteen, hostels (for girls and boys), medical facilities, sports, and games. KIT provides the best services in all these areas.

Faculty: With knowledgeable, highly skilled, and qualified faculty and teachers, KIT gave their best to students. They were all very helpful and provided support to students whenever needed. They provided relevant industry knowledge so that students could give their best.

Other: You must visit KIT. Studying there was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
