B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2029
3.6

Good placement support and decent campus life, but it needs better faculty.
Placements: Around 80% of the students were placed with an average package of 6 LPA, and the highest is around 18 LPA. There is an honors programme that can really boost your chances as it provides project-based learning, makes you industry-ready, and helps you to get placed.
Infrastructure: The hostel is great, every room has Wi-Fi, and there are many rooms, such as a game room, clubhouse, and study room. It even has a swimming pool, a library is great and really cool, it boosts the study morale, and also there are so many games you can play.
Faculty: The faculty at KL University is decent, with some knowledgeable and supportive teachers, while others rely too much on theory-based teaching, and some are genuinely good, and you can learn a lot, while others are just okayish and not up to mark, especially in terms of language.
Other: I chose CSE because it was the strongest course here, and I have a very strong interest in coding and have always wanted to become a game developer, and I feel this will help me a lot.

The campus is good and large, but there are strict rules and almost no exposure.
Placements: Students get placement, the highest as we know of this year is 75 LPA, and the average is about 6 LPA-7 LPA. The maximum placement is for the engineering department students. They provide CRT training before the campus placement grounds to make you well aware of the placement environment.
Infrastructure: The hostels are very good, and the infrastructure is also very good when compared to any other college, but the fuller utilisation of the infrastructure is still needed. There are clubs for exposure, but the clubs do not have a lot of infrastructure. There is Wi-Fi nearly everywhere, but do note that only an Airtel SIM works here, so get your sim card changed.
Faculty: The faculty is good and experienced. They explain every topic very nicely and will solve your doubts with patience, and you will get clarity regarding the topics. The exams here are quite difficult, and they will keep you engaged in a lot of activities as well as assignments till the very last day, so it becomes a burden on us in the end.
Other: Get an Airtel sim as no other sim network works inside the campus.

Faculty members and the infrastructure are good. Placements are satisfying.
Placements: Around 85 percent of students in my CSE batch got placed. The highest package is 32 LPA, and the average package ranges from 6-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, and Capgemini, and a few product-based companies like Amazon and PhonePe. Many students also got internships. The major roles offered are software engineer, data analyst, QA engineer, support engineer, and associate developer.
Infrastructure: The college has good labs, Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a well-stocked library. Hostel rooms are clean and basic, with decent mess food and medical help. Sports and indoor games facilities are available on campus. The hostel facilities are decent, and rooms are clean. Drinking water and electricity backup are available. The mess food is average but hygienic. The canteen offers better options.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is updated with industry topics like AI, DBMS, and cloud. Exams are moderate, and most students clear them with proper preparation. Most teachers explain concepts clearly and support students during projects and labs.
Other: Considering placements, facilities, and academic support, the course offers good value for money compared to other colleges, so I chose it.

Good college with best placement record.
Placements: College ensures that every student who has enrolled in campus recruitment training gets placed in some of the other companies. 100 percent is the placement rate. The highest package is around 70 LPA, while the lowest is around 1 LPA - 2 LPA. Average salary is 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Top recruitment companies include JPMC, Juspay, TCS, etc. Top roles offered in the course are full-sack developed, SDE, front-end and back-end developed.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-ventilated and spacious. It has well-structured laboratories with a campus-wide range of Wi-Fi, ensuring connectivity throughout the college grounds. The food is good enough in the mess, and so are the canteens. That is all for this.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated, tutored, and communicate well in the class. They are solving all the doubts that students usually ask in the class. The exams are well put and test our actual knowledge, not just the textbook knowledge, so overall it’s a well-structured curriculum. Teachers are well-trained, well-educated, and teach perfectly.

It’s too good college with all the facilities for students.
Placements: Around 80 percent of students are placed. The highest package is 40 LPA, the lowest is 10 LPA, and the average is around 20–25 LPA. Most of the offers are from international companies. Top recruiters include Wipro, TCS, Accenture, HCL, and Amazon. About 70 percent of students get internships, mostly in the 3rd year, in roles such as full-stack developer, web application designer, and UX designer.
Infrastructure: The campus provides all facilities such as washrooms, a library, modern labs, and a dedicated research center. There is also a startup hub that helps students work on new ideas. There are labs for computer science, biotech, and space-related clubs like cinematic, research, space, and startup clubs.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified. All of them are NPTEL certified and most are highly experienced. We had a proper course structure and are well qualified for industry needs. The pass percentage is around 80 percent, and all the faculty help students pass their subjects without backlogs.
Other: We had the best faculty for this course, and I am interested in the development of web apps. The library and computer labs are good, and we had fests and curricular activities as well.
