Dissatisfied for infrastructure and placement.

Placements: Placement is not good for M.Tech, but have a chance to work as JRF or assistant professor in the same department. It's a great opportunity given to the students by the staff and easy to get admission for PhD. The director of this department gives good freedom and guidance for the students, and support for their research, and help them for higher studies too.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and instruments are good here. They are not as costlier as any big university. But they are worth to learn many applications and behaviour of the material. The instruments are worth to publish and do good projects. Just if the department purchases three more instruments, then this department and college will be the best centre for nano-science and technology. Existing instruments should be maintained in a good manner as most of the instruments are not in good condition.

Faculty: Staff are good and helpful. They guide us more in projects. But some new staff with different department make difficult for them to understand nanotechnology. If the staff are from nanotechnology, then it is very good for the department. Visual teaching methods should be introduced to the students to guide them more efficiently.
