Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) - Batch of 2027
3.8
Good place for the pharmacy students and great faculty.
Placements: It is a great college for teaching. Most of the students have above 75% in the board exam. Recruiting companies are Cipla, Zydus Hospital, Intas Pharmaceutical, Torrent Pharma, Sun Pharma, etc. All students have great results so they had been selected for internships in different companies or hospitals. Pharmacy courses are about medicine and health care.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our college are average because it has been made since 1947 and not renovated. So, infrastructure is like poor, but also good. The classroom is okay but not much because it's very poor and sometimes something happens, like a rat dying. Food quality in our canteen is also good. They have sports and games and win with gratitude.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is best. By the chalkboard or sometimes by the presentation. Course curriculum is best; it makes you practically active and teaches new skills. The semester exam is not much more difficult when you are studying properly but you don't do work as required so it may be a chance you fail. It's by the GTU.
Other: I think there is much scope in this. In our college, having fewer functions and extra activities but more sessions that are more knowledgeable.

The campus’ placement percentage is almost 100% for the postgraduate students. More than 60% of the graduates are settled in USA. The Laboratories are well-equipped with high quality instruments, lecture theater, spacious seminar hall and an auditorium. There is a Library with Wi-Fi facility enriched with national and international books, scientific journals and thesis. They signed MOUs with leading Pharmacy Company which is Zydus Pharmaceuticals. LMCP has a fully functional Atal Incubation Centre (AIC) which encourages and supports the students for entrepreneurship. The faculty members help and promote the students to participate in National and International level scientific conferences, workshops, and competitive activities. They even encourage the students to participate in state and national level sports competitions. The students results at the University and competitive examinations of GATE, GPAT, NAPLEX, TOEFL, etc. have been excellent. A highly disciplined and research oriented environment is provided here.

Life at L.M. College of Pharmacy.
Placements: Placements are rare to find in my college, but if you score a good CGPA, companies will approach you for campus placements. Companies like Zydus, Sun Pharma, Phrasia, Intas, and many more big pharma companies hire students from off-campus placements, but the only condition is that you have to score a good CGPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but classrooms could be better. Laboratories are good for chemistry and pharmacology practicals, but the pharmacognosy and pharmaceutics departments need to improve laboratories. The college has a good canteen, the library is up to date, and all the books are there.
Faculty: Faculty are very good. Teaching is excellent, but due to bad classrooms, after some time your mind will feel tired, and there is bad air circulation in the classrooms. Semester exams are quite easy, and the pass percentage is almost 95 to 100%. After getting your degree, you will surely become an industry-ready person.
Other: I chose this course because this college is number one in the pharmacy field, even though it is a government college. It is competing with so-called private colleges, which have high-quality infrastructure, but still, GPA rank holders are from L.M. College of Pharmacy.
