It is absolutely recommended. Everything is above average.
Placements: There is no placement cell in the college. I don't even think students get placed anywhere. The college does not take the responsibility to place students. Many students just take their degree and move on. Even if students are toppers or average, they will not get any placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but the hostel is not available. Students have to live in PGs or flats, which are costly near the college. Other PGs or flats at least 2 KM away are affordable. But not getting a hostel forces students to spend money, and spending that much is not worth it.
Faculty: It depends on the mood of faculty members, but they are average. The administrative person is rude. Many faculty members help, but after many times, multiple efforts are needed. Making relations with teachers can help guide us. Most of the time, there are teachers in charge to help us.
Other: It's a girls' college. It provides comfort that we will never get anywhere else.

The amazing campus of the college.
Placements: The specific percent of students placed is 30%. Mostly, the commerce, mathematics and BBE and economics course students are more preferable while giving placements. Our college has various internships, such as community-based, publications, and even in university.
Infrastructure: Our college has various old and new buildings. Wi-Fi connectivity is also available in specific college areas. A specific building is allotted to the library and reading room. The canteen food is average, and we also have a health centre, and the facilities over there are great. The sports of our college are considered the best ones amongst all.
Faculty: The teachers are very understanding and helpful. They not only teaches very well but also understand the situations of all the students. The way of teaching is amazing, and the way they guide not only in curriculum-wise but also in other ways about future guidance and support. The semester exams are moderate.
Other: I was interested in political science since school, and I wanted to study it in depth. I wish that more practical knowledge would increase in our course. The events, fest, connectivity, and extracurricular activities are too good.

Absolutely satisfied with my choice, loved my college and course.
Placements: I am 2023 batch and currently in my final year. My course is Political Science Hons, so basically we learn political Science ideologies, philosophies and international relations. Also, we get a lot of assignments that are kind of tough, and we also have internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good. We have good benches, Wi-Fi and a lift, but we really need good washrooms in the old building, otherwise, the other building's washrooms are good. The lifts are working, and the union has improved a lot of things, like the water facility. I would rate it 4 stars.
Faculty: Faculty members are really supportive and helpful. They are our backbone. Exams are of a moderate level, and you can score well if you study through the provided material. The exams are well managed by the college. We never faced any problem. Teachers help a lot with assignments and with our exam by providing study material and guidance.
Other: My batch is really friendly and supportive. Also, the course is really interesting, we learnt a lot of things about international and Indian philosophies. I loved my course.

It has the best faculty members and better infrastructure.
Placements: Some students say that a good portion of B.A. Political Science students get placed through the placement cell. 30-50 students are placed in reputed NGOs like Pahechan and in research or internships. There is one problem that there are limited placements, so placements should be increased.
Infrastructure: Our college has good classrooms and a good library. But one problem is a network issue. In our college, students face a lot of network issues. Otherwise, our college is good.
Faculty: Faculty members give their best in explaining each topic. They guide us whenever we face any difficulty in learning and attend to every student (very welcoming nature). Exams are not that difficult, and it is quite easy. I recommend others to take this course. For our course, the college provides us with the best faculty members who give their best.
Other: I like this course as I like to study politics, international relations, and how India has suffered during independence, which compels me to take this course. One thing I would like to add is that this course should be based on practical things like case studies.

Review of Lakshmibai College, University of Delhi for the B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science course.
Placements: Students can go for research work, become political analysts, or work in NGOs. It is helpful for students preparing for UPSC and PCS. There are also many opportunities, like government jobs and many more. One can go into teaching as a professor or a school teacher.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in college. It is good enough and only works in some areas. Sports and games facilities are top-notch, as the college is known for sports. It has experienced sports faculty members. The canteen food is also nice and reasonable. There are eating spots outside the college.
Faculty: Faculty members of the courses are good, friendly, and really supportive. They are understanding and cooperative. The course curriculum overall is nice, and it gives theoretical experience to students about the past as well as the present. Semester exams are fine.

The faculty is so good. Professors are so helpful. The infrastructure is also good.
Placements: The students in my course are not many, like around 20 only. The students are provided with an internship. After every 1 year, companies come for recruitment, and many students get placed, but it generally depends on your skills and achievements. The highest pay score of college placement is 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good. The sports ground is very big, and not only that, but the college also has a lawn where students rest, especially in winter. The canteen is also big. The Wi-Fi connections are also available in college in every class. The classes are very big.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and highly qualified. As you go higher in the semester, the syllabus gets harder, but the professors are always there to help us. The subject is hard, but with the help of my professors, it felt easy, and I was able to pass with a good percentage.
Other: The crowd at the college is very good. Fests are also very good.
