I am very thankful to God that I have been placed from this college.
Placements: My Name is Harsh and my course is B.E. in Information Technology. 80% of students were placed in my college. The highest package is 10 LPA, the lowest is 2-3 LPA, and the average is 5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies of my course are Google, Microsoft, Meta, Reliance, etc. 60–70% of student got internship from my course. Top roles offered in my course are Software developer, Web developer, Data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: My college provides better facilities of Wi-Fi, a hostel, and labs. The quality of food available in my college mess is very good for health. All computers work with high speed and high performance in our labs, and the Wi-Fi of our college works at high speed.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. The course makes students ready for industry. It teaches us placement strategies and teaches us how to prepare for an internship and interview. Semester exams in our college are easy.

My college life at LIT, Sarigam.
Placements: Almost 65% students were recruited from the campus this year, 2024. The highest package was around 7 lpa and the lowest package was around 1.5 lpa.
1rivet, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, etc. are the top recruiters.
SDE, associate officer, QA analyst, etc. are the top roles offered.
The placement experience was very bad from the college side.
Infrastructure: Wi-fi, labs with Ethernet, classrooms with projectors, and a small library for the relevant references according to the subject of the course are available. The quality of hostel life was average; the canteen was below average, but the food was of good quality. Games included swimming, basketball, volleyball, football, cricket, badminton, chess, carrom, table tennis, etc.
Faculty: The teachers were educationally qualified, but their teaching experience was very bad. The amount of knowledge they imparted was decent, and they were kind enough to help students out where they lacked knowledge. The semester exams were not that difficult in terms of appearing. Anyone having decent knowledge imparted through regular attendance in classes or having solve pyq can get an 8+ cgpa with ease. I myself got 8 cgpa.
Other: I don't have any other option than choosing this college. As for the course, it was my domain since I always wanted to become a computer engineer. The course needs to be updated according to the latest industrial standards. As I'm currently working for a teaching company, I find it a bit new to adjust to working for a corporation. Fests and events were decently held, and the campus crowd was huge. Scholarships are 100% for SC and ST candidates and 50% through MySy for other students.

College campus and faculty of this college are too good.
Placements: 90% of people are placed in my course. The highest package offered by a company is 25 LPA, the average package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package offered by a company is 4.4 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are Wipro, TCS, etc. 80% of students get internships from my course through Wipro.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, drinking water, computer labs, physics lab, BEE labs, craft area, auditorium, mess, hostel, canteen, stationery, ATM, library, reading area, sports ground, and many other extra and good facilities are available. Mess food is also too good, and the taste is amazing.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is too good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Average and moderate semester exams in my college. The pass percentage is 80%. Professors are too good and understanding.
Other: I chose this course because, in the CSE batch, the scope is excellent. The best thing about my course is gaining technical knowledge and experience to do good coding. The best teacher can improve this course.

Our college has good teachers and provides good placements. It has a very good environment.
Placements: The highest salary package offered for our course is 6 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. TCS is the most visited company on our campus. Many students got placed in our college. Top role offered is a game developer.
Infrastructure: Our college provides all the required facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. The quality of the food is good and fresh. The mess and canteen are clean and hygienic. Medical facilities are available 24X7 in our college. Our college has a sports room for indoor games.
Faculty: All teachers are very supportive and helpful. They are fully qualified and experienced, which helps us very much. The course is perfect. Semester exams are difficult, but with the help of teachers and hard work, I got 9.3%.
Other: Around 80-70% of students took admission to our course. I opted for this because I want to become a game developer, so it is the best course. Extracurricular activities and all other activities are held in our college.

Good Infrastructure & facilities but the placements are not good.
Placements: Placement at this college is not so good, it's average. The highest package is about 8-9 LPA & average package is about 5-6 LPA. Companies like TCS, the information world, and Blue D-ART TechMahindra visit campus every year. Roles like sensitive developers are offered to students.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of course are well maintained. Labs have the proper equipment for practical & Computer lab has also all working computers. The campus has one library in which all course books are available. The hostel facilities of this college are not so good because local students study in this college so no one prefers the hostel. One canteen is available on the campus. Medical facilities are good.
Faculty: The faculty of this college are very helpful and highly qualified. Faculty also focus on practical studies, so it's also relevant for placements. There are two mid-exams in college which are average and easy to crack. And one Semester exam from GTU which is also not so hard.
Other: College held one fest every year called 'IKTARA'. TEDx talk was also held in our College. The campus of the College is very big. Swimming pool & Gym facilities are also available in our College.

I recommend this college for students who only want a degree.
Placements: Only 1% of the students got selected in the campus placements. Only 2 or 3 companies visit the college for campus placements. Only 1 or 2 students get selected. Sometimes no students are selected for the job. Top roles are not provided to the students, but the placement group tries their best for off-campus placements. It provides study materials for off-campus placements in companies like TCS, Wipro and Cognizant or in MNCs. The college is not good for placements.
Infrastructure: The college is huge and very beautiful. It has a huge playground. The library and lab are very good. Classrooms are just average. Wi-Fi facility is not available, but we can use the internet in computer labs. The hostel is good, and the quality of food served is excellent. Medical facilities are also good here.
Faculty: GTU syllabus is very good, but it needs some improvement. The course curriculum does not make students industry-ready. Teachers are not that good except a few. Their teaching quality is below average. The first 2 semesters are very hard, and after that, you can pass the exams easily because we can predict which are the important questions by just looking at the previous year questions papers.

In case of JEE Main, the last year cutoffs at LIT were in the range of about 25,435 to 38,859 (general category students), in more popular area of courses such as Civil, CSE, IT, ECE, EE, and Mechanical. Most competitive was the field of Electronics & Communication whose rank was closed at 19,237.
