Our college needs to be improved in campus placements.
Placements: There were no placement drives for our batch. The alumni network is not great here, and students are supposed to approach companies on their own. Only one or two sessions were conducted for interview cracking skills and selection of the right course for post-graduation. Our college should definitely improve in the campus placement process and work on the industry-academia interaction.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel or mess facility here. Our college building is very old, and the classrooms are not maintained properly. The classrooms are spacious, but the seating arrangement and cleanliness need to be improved. The canteen facility is decent, and prices are very reasonable. The library has sufficient stock of textbooks. They should add more reference books, books for competitive exams and international journals and research papers also. There is no playing area or ground for sports activities.
Faculty: Most of the teachers here are very helpful and are experts in their subject areas. But they can include more case studies, class debates and presentations in the learning process. Semester exams are easy to pass, and textbook learning is enough. The passing percentage is 35% of marks in both internal and external examinations.

It is an average college with no campus placements.
Placements: The college has not been making sufficient efforts when it comes to campus placements. For our batch, it had organised a virtual industry visit as we are not given much exposure when it comes to internships, seminars, conferences, etc. Students are expected to reach out to the companies on their own. There is no placement cell and neither much interaction with the alumni.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. The college building is very old, and there are a lot of seepage and leakage issues. Computer labs are available, but many practicals classes are not conducted. Wi-Fi facility is not available for students. There are not many playgrounds or open spaces for sports. The canteen is very affordable. Classrooms are average here, and PowerPoint projectors are not available in all the classrooms.
Faculty: Most of the teachers in our college are very helpful. They conduct extra sessions in doubt solving. Their teaching quality is good, and more examples from the corporate world can also be shared. They can include more group discussions and case studies too. The course syllabus is as per the university syllabus. The pass percentage for the exams is 40% of the total marks, and they are easy to clear.
