It all depends on you, what you want.
Placements: The placement percentage for Lexicon MILE is over 95%. It's also got full-time and internship opportunities. The recruiting companies that come to the college are EClerx, IDFC First Bank, and Satguru Travel. These are some of the companies. Roles that are offered are operations manager vfs, sales and program manager, accountant at Satguru Travel, KYC/AIML, quality assurance at Eclerx, sales manager, and debt manager at IDFC First Bank.
Infrastructure: Very good classrooms and auditoriums with smart boards are there. The college infrastructure is generally well maintained and modern. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with necessary amenities like projectors and air conditioning. The library is a great resource with a vast collection of books and journals. The sports facilities, including the gym and sports grounds, are adequate for students to stay active. However, the campus could benefit from more greenery and open space.
Faculty: Teachers were extremely good with great knowledge in their domain. It makes us corporate ready from day 0. Exams were difficult and challenging and very strict. Below 75% attendance is not allowed to give semester exams. Even 74% are not allowed. The faculty is a diverse group with varying levels of expertise and teaching style. Some professors are passionate and engaging, while others may seem disinterested or lack effective communication skills. While there are many dedicated and knowledgeable faculty members, there are also a few who could benefit from professional development opportunities. Overall, the quality of teaching can vary depending on the specific course and instructor.
Other: I have chosen PGDM in finance and analytics. It makes you understand from the basics if you are coming from doing B.Sc. Geology honors and not teaching background. Knowing nothing about accounting and technical knowledge.

Review of Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence.
Placements: Almost 100% placement companies that come to college are good and well recognized. The average package is around 7 LPA; it depends on students' caliber how they perform in the interview. Good internship opportunity is not limited in Pune. You can get an internship anywhere. Role offered is associate business manager.
Infrastructure: I don't like the college campus location. We have big malls, Subways, Dmart, McDonald's on the outside road. We have AC classrooms, and the library is one of the best; they have MBA books, journals, magazines. All campus is Wi-Fi capable. The hostel is good; it has attached bathrooms as well as dressing tables, study tables, and chairs.
Faculty: Course curriculum is on the basis of the trimester system. A 9-month paid internship is included in the curriculum so we can get industrial exposure. The curriculum is well-balanced. Our faculty is very dedicated to students' improvement; they are very helpful. Exams are in summer and winters; overall, 100 marks, 40 is the passing criteria.

Cost effective courses offered by Lexicon Mile.
Placements: Lexicon provides 100% placements. The package varies between 5-8LPA. The students are placed in companies like Accenture, eClerx, BNY Mellon, Times group, ICICI Bank, ZD associate, Godrej Properties, IDFC First bank, etc. They also provide internships to students.
Infrastructure: The campus is well occupied with all facilities like AC Classrooms, Smartboards and Whiteboards, 2 Lifts, Library, Seminar Hall, Auditorium, etc. Each floor of the campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The institute has canteen which provide food. They also provide assistance on hostels like Stanza Living.
Faculty: For the Global MBA course, they have visiting faculty coming to teach different subjects which come from renowned background like entrepreneurs, MNC trainers and from universities like Symbiosis. They provide multiple certification to students to make them industry ready.
Other: Institute organises multiple events like Sports Day, Book review competition, Annual functions, TEDx, etc.

Our college has a good return on investment.
Placements: The placement cell works very well and invites the best companies. The average salary package offered is around 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Companies like Godrej, Bajaj, etc., visit our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. All buildings are excellent. Our college provides facilities like a library, an auditorium, a seminar hall, an innovation room, a common room for boys and girls, separate hygienic washrooms for boys and girls, etc.
Faculty: We have permanent faculty members. They are Ph.D. holders and well experienced. Our college follows a trimester system. We have a good curriculum.
Other: Our college has good value for money.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. All floors are well-designed. We have well-designed rooms for every specialisation. Our college has a good ambiance. An elevator is available in our college.
