Lexicon MILE college has the best faculty for every specialisation what they offer
Placements: The college offers the best opportunities for every specialisation they offer. The placement percentage is around 98 percent and the average package is 8 LPA. Many students gets ppo during internship. The top roles are being offered in marketing, analytics, finance, and HR.
Infrastructure: The college has the best infrastructure. Every classroom is equipped with smart tech and Wi-Fi connection. The college has a library with books on various fields. The canteen food is fabulous, with a variety of options like North Indian and South Indian food. It also has medical facilities as well.
Faculty: Every professor has great experience in their field. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The PGDM course curriculum is updated with industry standards and needs and are divided into 6 trimesters with atleast 40% marks in internal and 40% marks in external.
Other: I have chosen this course because it meets the industry standards and needs and has subjects about every field in any specialisation.

Overall review of the college.
Placements: Lexicon MILE maintains a strong placement record with 100% placements. The average package for PGDM students is 8 LPA to 9 LPA. Top recruiters of Lexicon MILE are Wolters, Policy Bazar, IDFC etc. Many students also get their PPO offer from the companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. The classrooms are equipped with WiFi and are well managed. The college has smart classrooms with AC and lifts. The library is also a very good part of the college, with many books. The auditorium is also well managed, where all the guest sessions are held.
Faculty: The faculty members of Lexicon MILE are very helpful. The professors bring a wealth of industry experience and are always approachable for guidance, whether it's for academic projects or career advice. The mentorship programme here has helped me refine my strengths and work on my leadership skills effectively. College has a trimester curriculum.
Other: The event organised in the college is a very transformative and engaging session. Not only educational events, but the college also organise the sports events, Retro theme-based events, and dance competitions. The culture in Lexicon Mile is very good.

The college is good for students who are ready to work hard.
Placements: I belong to the PGDM (HR) batch of 2025-2027. As a junior I have observed that our senior batch (2024-2026) has a very positive placement record. Around 85-90 percent of students got successfully placed. The average package for the placement is around 8 LPA-9 LPA. Some of the major recruiters who hire from our senior batch were IDFC First Bank, Eclerx, Tia, Bajaj Finance, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good infrastructure for the course including spacious and well-maintained classrooms and a projector with an audio system. The campus has proper Wi-Fi connectivity, a well-maintained library with good books, journals, and digital resources. The infrastructure is great.
Faculty: The faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable. They are also very supportive. The teaching quality is good with practical examples and case studies. The curriculum is industry-relevant and helps students become job-ready. The trimester exams are moderate and easy to clear with regular study.
Other: I chose PGDM because it gives us more practical exposure and updates us with the industry needs and requirements.

This college is good in all terms.
Placements: This college provides almost 100 percent placements to the students. The average placement of the college is 8 LPA-8.5 LPA. Internships and placement opportunities are very good in this college. They also provide training, mock tests, group discussions, and interview training.
Infrastructure: The college campus is good. This college has good classrooms and clean washrooms. It also has a good library with standard facilities. The mess facility is also good with a variety of food items available.
Faculty: The PGDM course is good with a huge scope. The teaching faculty members are so good and they are very helpful. All the faculty are highly qualified. They deliver their courses well and ensure that the students all take away from it. Their teaching style is good and clearly understandable to all. All staff members are kind and helpful.

Learning beyond classrooms where supportive learning meets practical exposure.
Placements: The placement is really good. 100 percent placement is there. The highest package is 20–21 LPA, and the minimum is 7–8 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are Volkswagen, TCS, Wolters Kluwer, TIAA, Avaya, and Eclerx. Internship opportunities and live projects are really good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good with smart classrooms, a library, and a canteen. The food in the canteen is very good and hygienic. The college offers indoor as well as outdoor games like table tennis, carrom, cricket, volleyball, etc. It also has seminar halls to interact with industry experts.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly supportive and always willing to guide students beyond academics. The college provides excellent exposure to practical learning through workshops, industry interactions, live projects, and presentations. The learning environment is focused on the overall personality development of the students.
Other: Lexicon Mile is overall one of the best institutions for learning and professional growth. I chose this course to build my foundation through practical learning. The college organizes various fests on campus and inter-college competitions. It also organizes various guest lectures where dignitaries from the corporate world and around the world are invited.

It all depends on you, what you want.
Placements: The placement percentage for Lexicon MILE is over 95%. It's also got full-time and internship opportunities. The recruiting companies that come to the college are EClerx, IDFC First Bank, and Satguru Travel. These are some of the companies. Roles that are offered are operations manager vfs, sales and program manager, accountant at Satguru Travel, KYC/AIML, quality assurance at Eclerx, sales manager, and debt manager at IDFC First Bank.
Infrastructure: Very good classrooms and auditoriums with smart boards are there. The college infrastructure is generally well maintained and modern. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with necessary amenities like projectors and air conditioning. The library is a great resource with a vast collection of books and journals. The sports facilities, including the gym and sports grounds, are adequate for students to stay active. However, the campus could benefit from more greenery and open space.
Faculty: Teachers were extremely good with great knowledge in their domain. It makes us corporate ready from day 0. Exams were difficult and challenging and very strict. Below 75% attendance is not allowed to give semester exams. Even 74% are not allowed. The faculty is a diverse group with varying levels of expertise and teaching style. Some professors are passionate and engaging, while others may seem disinterested or lack effective communication skills. While there are many dedicated and knowledgeable faculty members, there are also a few who could benefit from professional development opportunities. Overall, the quality of teaching can vary depending on the specific course and instructor.
Other: I have chosen PGDM in finance and analytics. It makes you understand from the basics if you are coming from doing B.Sc. Geology honors and not teaching background. Knowing nothing about accounting and technical knowledge.

Lexicon MILE offers admission to PGDM programme based on entrance exam scores of candidates. The institute accepts scores in CAT, MAT, CMAT, MH-CET, XAT, ATMA, etc. for admission. Selected aspirants also need to pass the group discussion and personal interview round for final selection.

The minimum eligibility for Global MBA is Graduation with atleast 55% aggregate from any recognised university. The selection criteria is entrance based with the institute conducting its own etrance examination LAT, Lexicon Aptitude Test, for the same.
