Satisfied with faculty and studies college gives us school feeling instead of college.
Placements: Very few students are placed, likely 10%. The highest package is 8 LPA, the average is 3 to 4 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The top companies are Netsmartz, AOSC Technologies, and Sensation Software Solutions. Roles offered are Software Engineer, Quality Analyst, Associate Manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities are okay. Classrooms are furnished properly. Labs are okay, with some PCs working and some not, and Wi-Fi facility is only available in the labs. Well, I'm not a hosteller, so I don't know about the hostel facilities, but I have heard that the food in the mess is good and can be eaten.
Faculty: Some teachers are freshers with no teaching experience, but some teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable, providing the best teaching quality. Well, the course curriculum is more based on theory rather than practical, which means it is not industry-ready. The semester exams are easy to qualify, according to me, all you need to do is fill the sheet.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in this field. The curriculum can be improved to make students industry-ready. The college organizes two major events the Diwali Fest and Tech Fest. PMS scholarship is available. Different departments organize extracurricular activities.

You will receive quality teaching, but it is mostly theoretical with very few placement offers.
Placements: Only 10% of students were placed. The highest package was 8 LPA, the average package was 4 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. All the companies that participated were startups, and there was not a single top recruiting company. Only 5 to 10% of students secured internships, and those were primarily with lesser-known companies such as Sensation Software, Aosc Technologies, and Pisoft. The roles offered included software developer, web developer, and quality analyst.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were okay but in some classrooms, the projector was not working, and in some AC not working. The library was good but had limited books, coming to labs the PCs were not working properly and Wi-Fi was only accessible for labs but not for personal use. I was not a hosteller in my college so I don't know about the hostel facilities.
Faculty: Few senior teachers were highly qualified and knowledgeable but some new teachers were not good at teaching and overall teaching quality was good. The course curriculum is relevant but does not make you industry-ready. Exams are moderate and the pass percentage would be 70 - 80%.
Other: I chose this course because of the influence of my family and friends and to be honest I find the course interesting. Things like making students industry ready by rather than teaching them theory only they need to focus more on practicals. Two major events Diwali Fest and Teach Fest are organised every year. The campus is quite small and not very crowded and there is only PMS scholarship but nothing for other-category students.

My personal experiences with faculty members are good.
Placements: There are almost 70+ students in my section. After completing this course, the average salary is 40,000. The lowest salary is 20,000 per month. There is an internship present in the hospital also for this course. My few friends from senior batches got an internship in PIMS Hospital in Jalandhar.
Infrastructure: The hostel fee is 26,000 per year and 3,000 per month for the mess. There is a room for 4 or 3 students. Every student has different beds and study tables provided by the college. Sports and games are also available in the hostel and college. The mess food has good quality and hygiene.
Faculty: There is a semester exam every 6 months. Two MSTs in every semester and final exams of the semester. Exams are not so tough. We can easily do the exam by preparing important questions. The pass percentage is 50%. Internal is for 40 marks and external is 60 marks. You have to gain 50% marks by adding both of them at least to pass.
Other: I didn't talk so much to seniors. But when I talk to them, they always praise the teachers and college. And my personal experience with teachers is very good. They are very hardworking and intelligent. The course duration should be 2 years. 3 or 4 years is not good for this course.

LKCTC has good infrastructure and faculty. It needs to provide more industry exposure to students.
Placements: Internship opportunities start from the 5th or 6th semester. Most of companies that visited my college were based in Mohali and Chandigarh. The highest salary package offered was 5.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The job roles offered included frontend developer, backend developer, full-stack developer, and cybersecurity. A total of 80%-85% of the students got placed.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were quite spacious and hygienic. There were programming labs, and library was filled with many books, 80% of which were related to the courses, while the rest focused on personality development. As I lived in the same city, I never opted for the hostel, but the girls' hostel had good infrastructure, and the food was okay. In terms of sports, they had a national-level girls' hockey team.
Faculty: The teaching faculty members are quite good and knowledgeable. As for the theoretical part, the course can help clear up some basics, but the industry exposure was not very good. We had some industry visits, but the learning was not up to the mark for most of them. The semester exams were relatively easy to crack. If one listened to the lectures, they could easily pass the semester finals. Almost 60% of the students were able to pass semester exams.
Other: I chose Computer Science because designing (frontend development) excited me. The exposure to industries and the working structure should be provided to students more often than the theoretical part. This is something I believe could be improved in the course curriculum.

Our college has excellent infrastructure.
Placements: Our college has average placements. Top recruiting companies do not visit our campus. Around 25 to 30 companies visit the college. Around 60% to 70% of students are placed. Most of the companies come from Chandigarh.
Infrastructure: Sports grounds are available for playing games. We have a basketball court, a badminton court, a hockey court, and a volleyball court at our college. Our college has four buildings.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very good. The college conducts two mid-term exams and one final semester exam. It is an excellent college for academics. When you fail any subject, the next exam is taken after 6 months.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in CSE.
