Review of MAAC, Netaji Subhash Place.
Placements: MAAC Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura provided almost 100% placements. All our batchmates got good placements in companies like Technicolor, DNEG, Rockstar, etc. The average salary package offered was around 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college had 25 PCs for practicals that were made available for students. There was a large crowd in the morning. I recommend you take the afternoon batch. You could practice very easily. PCs were of different configurations. Some were high-end. Some were for graphics software, not 3D or VFX. Classrooms could accommodate 15-20 students at a time. So, batches were not more than that.
Faculty: Teachers were the best thing about the institute. All faculty members were genuinely helpful. The course curriculum was up-to-date with industry requirements. We had to research and practice throughout the course to be updated.
Other: I took admission to the VFX course because I liked films like Bahubali and wanted to make a movie. I wish the institute took us to watch these films as well during the course. I got placed at 6 LPA in Amazon.

I am not satisfied with its faculty members, and personal computers are also not good.
Placements: All students are placed in good companies by faculty members. Technicolor, MPC, DNEG, Saras Techno, and Lakshya Digital are the top recruiting companies. Our college provides jobs directly. There are few internships in this college. The top roles offered are texturing artists or animators.
Faculty: Faculty members are good before, but now they are average. Apart from 1-2 faculty members, there are no good faculty members left whose way of studying I could understand. Some explain fast, and some explain very slowly. Faculty members keep changing in this college. They charge extra for exams, and they do not tell this during admission. Taking part in top competitions is difficult, because they charge for everything starting from Rs 2,000 at least.
Other: I opted for this course, because I wanted to learn more about editing in this field. Events are held once in a blue moon, and around 100-200 students participate in there.
