A decent college for pharmacy in Patna.
Placements: Our college claims 100% placement records in the bachelor of pharmacy course at Magadh Institute of Pharmacy. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Companies like Sun Pharma, Mankind, Alkem, Cognizant, ITC, Aristo, etc., are recruiting companies. Many students from our course got internships in different companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. We have smart-tech-enabled classrooms with Wi-Fi and smart boards. There are laboratories for each subject like pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, human anatomy, and physiology. There are many proper instruments. Students can also borrow books for their studies from the library for 10 days. It is free of cost. There is no hostel in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very professional, experienced, and very familiar with students. I am in 1st year. They teach us basic things to get familiar with further topics so students don't feel pressurised. The B.Pharma course is a technical course. It makes students industry-ready. It makes us learn the personality skills of how to be extraordinary.
Other: I chose this course because I want to get knowledge of drugs and medicine. This course teaches how to behave in the industrial areas. If I wish to change something about our course, it would be the classroom environment. It does not give the vibe to pharmacy students. The library section could be a little wider. Events are organised occasionally like freshers, pharmacist days, etc. The best performance is being awarded. Scholarship programs are available in the college like Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme.
