Great faculty, good placements, and excellent campus environment.
Placements: Around 75% of students get placed through campus drives. The average package is 4 LPA, the highest package is 9 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 LPA. Around 65% of students secure internships in audit, accounting, finance, and consulting roles.
Infrastructure: The college offers smart classrooms, computer labs, Wi-Fi, a well-stocked library, and seminar halls. The campus is clean, secure, and well maintained. It also has sports facilities, medical support, and a hygienic canteen. Hostel facilities are decent, with satisfactory food.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified, supportive, and experienced. The curriculum covers commerce, finance, and business concepts with practical exposure through projects and seminars. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and students who attend regularly can score well.
Other: I chose this course because it provides knowledge in commerce and finance with good career opportunities. The college has an active campus life, cultural events, workshops, and good connectivity. More companies with higher salary packages can further improve placements.

It has a decent placement rate.
Placements: For our college, we have a record of about 60 to 80% students getting placed, while the packages generally range from 7 LPA to 20 LPA. Top recruiters are Dainik Jagran, Aaj Tak, ABP News, News Nation, Zee News, Times Group, and Republic Bharat.
Infrastructure: We have well-structured media labs and classrooms with free Wi-Fi throughout the campus. The library consists of digital as well as physical library. Canteen food is decent, and the medical room and sports facilities are also available, which makes it a good choice.
Faculty: Teacher are specialised in their area, they are all knowledgeable and fluent in their subjects. Although the course must include more practical rather than theoretical. The level of the exam is moderate, out of 10, 8 students are clearly qualifying for the examinations.
Other: Journalism is one of the best courses offered here. Although the media lab should be used often. Events and festivals are good, and the campus crowd is also nice.

Really dissatisfied with the curriculum for not including practical learning.
Placements: About placement, we really didn't get any placement from this course. Even teachers were not really helping with placement. But one of our teachers helped some of the students to get a PR internship in Indian Railways and an editing internship in Sahara Channel.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good. We got a good library with Wi-Fi connection. A big auditorium for all the college functions. But for media students, the required infrastructure was really not there. They had one audio studio and a media studio with only one or two cameras and a green screen. Just that. If we talk about the food, we had only one canteen inside the college, whose food was okay, but outside of college, we got a variety of foods. If we talk about sports, they had good facilities for football and basketball.
Faculty: Teachers were qualified and had good knowledge of subjects, and they pushed you to do the extraordinary. The course curriculum taught you all the basics of journalism and ethics. But miss the practical knowledge. The sem exams were not very tough, they were moderate to easy.
Other: This course is good if you want to learn about the media field. But the curriculum misses the practical knowledge. But they will take you to the media channel for practical learning. As it's a DU college campus has regular events held, like once every 2-3 months. The crowd was really very good. The college is near the Ashok Nagar metro station.

Excellent faculty and industry-oriented curriculum.
Placements: The placement opportunities at our college were quite impressive. Around 70-80 percent of students from our batch got placed at reputed companies. The highest package was 10 LPA. The average package was 4-5 LPA. Top recruiters included Deloitte, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and EY. Many students also received internship from well-known firms. This helps them gain practical industry exposure. The placement cell was very supportive. They conducted regular workshops, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions to prepare students for the selection process. Overall, placements were strong and improved every year.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure was among the best in the entire DU circuit. Classrooms were spacious. They were well ventilated and having projectors and smart boards for an interactive learning experience. The campus had high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity available for both students and faculty. The library was well stocked with a vast collection of books, journals, and digital resources. It makes research and study convenient. Labs were functional and updated with the latest equipment as per course requirements. Hostel facilities were also impressive. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided with regular housekeeping.
Faculty: Faculty of our college was highly qualified, experienced, and very supportive. Teachers explained every concept clearly and used practical examples to make learning more interesting. The curriculum was well-structured and regularly updated according to current industry needs, helping students gain relevant skills. Semester exams were moderately difficult but could be easily cleared with consistent study and guidance from teachers. The overall teaching quality was excellent. The pass percentage remained quite high each year. Faculty and industry-oriented curriculum were excellent.
Other: I chose it because I wanted to become a professor.

Affordable fees with good faculty, decent infrastructure, and supportive campus life.
Placements: As per official NIRF 2023 data, around 14% of students were placed, though some sources and student reviews suggest a higher range between 60% and 85%, especially in professional courses like Computer Science (Hons). The highest package offered has been reported to be between 7 LPA and 30 LPA, with the average package ranging from 3.5 LPA in most streams, while a few sources mention averages up to 12 LPA. Recruiters such as Wipro, TCS, Deloitte, Cognizant, Flipkart, Accenture, EY, and Times Group frequently visit the campus, offering roles in marketing, sales, consulting, content writing, and design. Internship opportunities are also available.
Infrastructure: The college has spacious, ICT-enabled classrooms, a state-of-the-art auditorium, and a fully automated library stocked with thousands of books, journals, and e-resources. Well-equipped science and computer labs support practical learning, while campus-wide Wi-Fi ensures easy digital access. Sports facilities are extensive, with grounds for cricket, football, basketball, and indoor games, along with a gym and wellness center. The college also has a girls' hostel, Vidyottama. It is well-maintained with amenities like Wi-Fi, common rooms, pantries, and laundry services, though there is no boys' hostel.
Faculty: The teaching quality is appreciated by students, as classes often combine traditional methods with ICT-enabled learning tools, making the lessons more interactive and easy to grasp. The course curriculum, being part of Delhi University, is considered updated and relevant, covering both theoretical and practical aspects to give students exposure to real-world applications. While it provides a strong academic base, whether it makes students fully industry-ready often depends on their own involvement in internships, add-on courses, and skill development opportunities offered by the college. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty, aligned with the DU pattern.
Other: The best things about my course are the updated curriculum, supportive teachers, and opportunities for internships and projects that add real-world exposure. However, I feel there is still scope for improvement in terms of more industry collaborations, skill-based workshops, and placement opportunities to make students better prepared for the job market. Beyond academics, the college has a lively campus life with cultural events, departmental fests, and sports activities that bring students together. The annual fest adds vibrancy to the campus, and the crowd is diverse and engaging.

A good college for off-campus placements.
Placements: College has a training and placement cell that helps students and provides placements. Companies like Deloitte, EY (Building a better working world), Toppr, CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), Cognizant, BYJU'S The Learning App, Tata Power, Flipkart, and Wipro are partners with the college.
Infrastructure: Hostel is well-maintained and attached to the college campus, but it is only for girls, in our college, there is no hostel for boys. There is a cutoff system to avail the college hostel facility. Hostels are cleaned regularly by the housekeeping staff, and they also provide security to the students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Semester exams are easy if you study well, and teachers cooperate with you very well if you are regular and attentive in the classroom and submit the assignments on time. They will give you good internal marks, but according to your performance.
