• Treatment Planning: They plan radiation treatments for cancer patients and explain procedures to patients. 
• Equipment Management: Ensure that equipment is safe, effective, and working properly. They also monitor equipment to make sure it's accurate and well-maintained. 
• Research: Research new treatment options and use computer simulations and mathematical modelling. 
• Training: They train hospital staff in the safe use of equipment and teach future medical physicists, residents, and medical students.
• Consulting: They consult with physician colleagues and liaise with doctors to add technical results to patient reports.
• Writing and Presenting: They write reports and present to scientific and non-scientific audiences.

You have complete B.sc in Physics so you can go with following field -- Life-Science professions such as medicine, pharmacy and some other good field like- geo-sciences, engineering, architecture, computer-related programs, environmental studies, technicians, Science educators. you are eligible for Union Public Service Commission for Posts like IPS , IAS , IFS Staff Selection Commission Indian Forest Services Banking Sector State PCS Indian Defense services etc.
