Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty and infrastructure, placement and facilities.
Placements: One is placed from here till now, and companies are not visiting here. For only a degree college is best, they are only focusing on academic growth, not skills and knowledge. There is no such career development programme or anything, they don't provide any internship.
Infrastructure: Classroom facilities are in poor condition, with no proper electricity, no smart classroom, and only Wi-Fi available. The campus is also not clean, classrooms are broken for other streams, it is good, but not for professional courses, so don't take admission in professional courses.
Faculty: Teaching quality is not good. The faculty have mainly theoretical knowledge, and some have practical knowledge. The teaching and curriculum do not prepare students for the industry. The college administration is too poor, no timetable is maintained for semester exams and results.
Other: Events are conducted very well.

We are not happy with this college. Our college needs a makeover.
Placements: We don't know, actually, how many students are placed in our course. The highest salary is 6-7 LPA, the lowest is 2-2.5 LPA, and the mid salary is 3 to 4 LPA. The company will hire only 60% scoring students, or else students can try their career in teaching or pursue business.
Infrastructure: We do have facilities like Wi-Fi, lab, classroom and library, but our Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the internet is so slow. We have a library, but we don't have book 14 we have in our course. We have a lab, but the computer on the left doesn't work. No, I don't have cater.
Faculty: The teacher is not helpful at all. If any student wants to get into this college, trust me, they're gonna regret their opinion. The semester exams are not that tough, but they are tough because we don't have teachers who can teach properly.
Other: I chose this course because I feel it's the better option for my career. In our course, they should improve technical knowledge. We don't get any events, festivals, or scholarships from the college.

I am not satisfied with faculty. Overall average experience with the infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I think any student can get placed in this course. 6 to 7 LPA is the highest package, 2–2.5 LPA is the lowest package, and 3–5 LPA is the average package. Most recruiting companies are the ones that provide internships, for example, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Wipro, etc. The top roles offered include web developer, software developer, QA tester, technical support, and IT executive.
Infrastructure: The department is very small. We have Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. I am not sure about the book availability in the library, but we do have one. I don’t know much about the hostel because I stay in a PG. For BCA students, the college does not provide a hostel. The hostel likely has a canteen and medical facilities.
Faculty: Honestly, most teachers are not helpful. Only one or two teachers actually know how to teach. Others do not seem to know what or how to teach. I don’t think most of them are qualified to teach this course. If students take this course seriously, it can make them industry-ready. The exams are average, sometimes a little difficult. The passing percentage is around 33%.
Other: I chose this course because I really want to pursue it. The best thing about the course is that we learn a lot of things here, which are fun to know and learn. I wish the teaching quality in my college could improve for this course. I understand the problems and misconceptions about this course. It improves the way of teaching would help students a lot.

Absolutely satisfied because of the very good infrastructure and modern facilities.
Placements: About 30 per cent of students were placed in various private and government agencies. Salary package varies from 2 LPA to 10 LPA. Various private companies and architectural companies are taking students. About 40 per cent of students got internships from our course in various government and private companies after their course completion.
Infrastructure: Various modern facilities and infrastructure are available in our department. 24 hour free Wi-Fi for all students, modern library with various facilities. All classes are smart classrooms that provide a good study environment. Various old and new books are available in our central library. Hostel quality is also good, it feels like your own home. Food quality is moderate to good. All medical facilities are available with first aid. Various sports and games materials are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and very qualified, some of them have a doctorate and are highly knowledgeable. Definitely, the course curriculum is relevant, as it makes students industry-ready. The semester examination difficulty varies from easy to moderate, and about 70 per cent of students passed in the last exam.
Other: I chose this course because it prepares me for my future life. The best thing about our course is knowing by doing. Research facilities should be developed. Annual function and sports occur.

Average for students who have higher expectations.
Placements: Students are required to score 75% marks, which is difficult to achieve. So, you can say this is the average maximum percentage of students. No companies visit this college to select students for internships. Good students receive poor marks, not because they don’t study, but because their teachers do not provide proper guidance.
Infrastructure: The college provides good facilities like Wi-Fi, which helps poor students download materials or attend online lectures. Classrooms are good, but teachers do not use projectors or digital boards for teaching. Everything else is good, but payments are still taken in the old style. They need to implement payment through scanners or UPI, as students face issues paying exact amounts. For example, paying Rs. 2,382 when they only have Rs. 2,384.
Faculty: Not all faculty members are cooperative. Only one or two are very much supportive. Most just read from their notes and never ask doubts from students. However, they set questions from other competitive exams like IIT, JEE, and JAM, but they never practice these questions during class.
Other: I want teachers to provide their proper, error-free notes on the online student group. To share important practice questions for each unit and chapter.

The college is good, but it could be better with government funds.
Placements: I am pursuing a B.Sc. in Botany Honours at M.P.C. Autonomous College. It is a government autonomous college. So, the placement opportunities are very limited. Mostly, placement takes place in the self-financed course. Here, our teachers make us ready for government entrance.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good. We have a separate department for separate honours. We also have a gym in our department, we get free Wi-Fi, toilet facilities, smart class, and a laboratory. As we are from the botany department, we also get a garden with various plants.
Faculty: Teachers of our college are highly qualified and well-trained. They have qualified Odisha education services exam. Teachers teach in a very simple manner to make the concept clear. Teachers are friendly, and they make us ready for other government exams by providing important questions and notes.
Other: As a Biology student, I have an interest in the Biological Science honours. As the technology is evolving, we are going more towards the plant life to maintain the ecosystem, so I am very interested in botany subject and where we study plant life.
