Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed the two-year pre-university examination conducted by the Pre-University Education Board in Karnataka State or any other examination considered equivalent.

Subject Requirements: The candidate shall have passed the qualifying examination in relevant subjects, which normally shall be Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.
