Maybe it is the worst decision to choose this college.
Placements: My college does not offer various courses. It offers only B.Ed courses, which have very poor placements. According to the placements of the previous year, the highest package offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 1.6 LPA. The average package offered was 2 LPA. The placement rate is very poor. Around 30% of students get placements. No internships are provided.
Infrastructure: The college is filled with greenery. Some facilities and infrastructure are good here. Buildings are well-maintained. Classrooms are good, but there is no Wi-Fi access. There is no independent library in the college. Although the college has a small canteen offering acceptable food.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and experienced in their relevant fields, holding a good educational background. They are helpful and supportive towards students. The course curriculum is nowhere near practical and relevant as it sticks to old and theoretical knowledge. Semester exams are moderately easy. Students can pass by studying before exams.
Other: I chose this course with the purpose of being eligible for the NET exam. The course should be based on current events and situations rather than past occurrences. The college does not organise any events or fests. No scholarships are provided by the college, but there are government-affiliated scholarships for students who are in need.
