I am grateful to be an alumnus of this college, it's a great place.

Placements: I can't say much about placements as the drive runs during our exams. So, rarely do students from the batch get selected, but students from other batches do get selected, and oftentimes placement drives take place in college. Many seminars are held to teach us for placements.

College is very good. It is best for B.A. hons in political science.

Placements: Placement offers were less for bachelor of arts. The highest average package offered was Rs 15,000 per month, and the lowest was Rs 10,000 per month. There were many government related internships. Top roles offered in the course were assistant professor or civil servant.

Campus life at MCM DAV college for women.

Placements: The college offers great placements when it comes to my course. However, some of the students don’t go for campus placements, and the ones who opt for it definitely get something. There are multiple placement drives held, around 20 to 30, to make sure that students get the right opportunity. There are also an ample number of internships that the college provides for 2nd and 3rd-year students to enhance their skills.

It’s a basic women’s college, but you can enjoy it if you make friends. The campus is peaceful.

Placements: I am still a student, but I am pretty sure that only a few people will get placed after selecting my course, as it requires post-graduation. However, students get internships, and the placement cell comes to the college frequently. Companies come to the college for interviews and select students.

I am satisfied and happy. On a scale of 10, I rate my experience a solid 7.

Placements: About 40% to 50% of students get placed every year. The placement cell works quite good to provide placements, but most of companies require students from the Excel field. Recently, ICICI Bank has had a placement drive in our college. Deloitte also comes for placement purposes.

Best college in Chandigarh for girls.

Placements: There are 50%-60% of placements of B.A. Economics students. The highest salary package offered is about 5 LPA-6 LPA. Our college also organizes workshops and lectures to equip students with essential skills. Companies such as Wipro, ICIC Bank, and Hindustan Times have recruited students for various roles.
