Loved my college life but extremely dissatisfied with the placement and the course in general .
Placements: Less than 1% students were placed on campus, the highest package being 2.75LPA. Companies like Saam TV came for the placement. Roles offered were content writers, correspondent, news jockey, radio jockey, etc. The percentage of students getting internship was alarmingly low, less than 2%> .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is state of the art. Almost all facilities are available, the classrooms are high teach as well, it is just that the quality of teachers was low during my batch. There was a dedicated library, a lab and an equipment room as well. All well maintained.
Faculty: Decent Curriculum. The teaching quality on the other hand was low, teachers were inexperienced and often taught unnecessary theoretical things. The course was not relevant enough at times. Exams weren't difficult. The pass percentage was standardized at 33% like any other course .
Other: I always aspire to be a journalism, hence chose this course as it was located near my city. The college had a decent college life experience with a very fun fest called Persona Fest, sports facilities are also too notch .

B.A. in Journalism at MIT-ADT Pune.
Placements: Almost 70–80% of students get placed every year in our department. The overall placement ratio is good, and it has improved over the past 5 years. The highest package offered was INR 5 lacs per annum. And the lowest package offered was INR 2.5 to 3 LPA. The most reputed companies were Zee News, NDTV, and many other local news channels. Many internship offers are also provided by the placement cell of our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good, as it has well-furnished classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, and a library with 1000 books that is well designed for students. Hostel facilities are also provided for many students with fees above INR 1 lac. The canteen facility is also there, and the quality of the food is good but needs to improve. The sports infrastructure was very good, with plenty of equipment.
Faculty: The teaching faculty was good and highly qualified, having taught for more than 10–20 years. They are focusing more on a practical approach for overall student development. Exams are good, but they are a little bit difficult as they require critical thinking.

It is a good college that provides great placements.
Placements: Students become eligible for placements after 3rd or 4th semester. The highest salary package offered is Rs.30,000 per annum. Most of the students get placed in very good companies. Many reputed companies like Zee News, NDTV, etc., visit our college to recruit students. Around 70% of students get placed with the best salary package of 3 LPA to 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: All the students take admission to the hostel. Hostel gates are closed at 9:30 PM. It provides two sharing rooms with an attached bathroom. There is a common room in 4 blocks. The hostel fee is 1.25 LPA. Mess food is good and healthy.
Faculty: The course curriculum is interesting to study. Faculty members in our college are very good and humble. There are 60 students in a batch. Faculty members give attention to every student. Yearly exams are conducted in our college. Students can pass easily if they study properly. The pass percentage is 30% in examinations and depends on other activities.

It is the best college for journalism in Pune.
Placements: It is a very good college for students who want a career in AD PR, digital media, and hardcore journalism. Around 80% of students get placed in companies like Godrej and Bata. The lowest salary offered in the previous year was Rs.12,000 per month and the highest salary was Rs.30,000 per month. Many students get internship opportunities in well-known marketing agencies.
Infrastructure: Hostel provides comfortable living space for students with 24X7 water supply and Wi-Fi. Warden is helpful. Food served in the canteen is delicious and has a different menu every day. There is a sports complex with courts for all kinds of sports. Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors. Labs have all the instruments such as microphones, teleprompters, and cameras.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They help every student individually. Classes conducted by them include practical fieldwork. The course curriculum provides all the information required for students to work in the industry. Exams are good and test the understanding skills of the students.
Other: The best part about this course is it prepares students to go out into the world and work in the industry.

The entrance were conducted on 13th of April this year. If you are trying for 2019, you are late, but still you can enquire for some management seats. If you are trying for 2020, it will be around April and May. All the best.
