I am satisfied with the college and faculty members.
Placements: The placement facility is overall good. Placement classes are given from the second year to prepare students. Placement drives come to the college every year. Many reputed companies come here for placement drives, such as Infosys, LTI, Mindtree, and Capgemini.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good. There are many biotechnology labs, biochemistry labs, microbiology labs, tissue culture labs, molecular biology labs, and cell biology labs with multiple lab equipment. Hostel and transport facilities are available. Food is also available.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified. Most have completed a Ph.D. Some are new, but most are experienced. They provide notes and strengthen the basics of students. Semester exams are conducted very strictly. The passing percentage per semester is 30 percent.
Other: The annual function is very good. It is full of fun. Students enjoy it very well. Food, drama, dance, and fun activities are all enjoyable.

It has good infrastructure and facilities. Placements are also good.
Placements: Most students from the B.Sc. in Biotechnology group at MITS got jobs, and it is about 70 percent. The highest salary package offered is 22 LPA, which is pretty high. Meanwhile, most students earn a package of 10 LPA on average. Top recruiting companies are Infosys and TCS, which are pulling talent for life science teams, and companies like Vivnovation in biotech have also jumped in. Roles like clinical research associate, QC executive, or bio-analyst are offered here. On top of that, plenty of students landed internships at nearby labs and pharma spots, picking up real-world skills fast.
Infrastructure: The quality of the food available in the canteen is decent and good. The institute provides sports and games like chess, carrom, badminton, and outdoor games like cricket, etc. Overall, the infrastructure is good. The hostel facilities are also good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and qualified. They give us the most relevant knowledge about the topic, and B.Sc. in Biotechnology is such a great path in the future. Almost 80 percent of students pass the semester exams. Exams are not so hard and not so easy.
Other: I chose this course because a B.Sc. in Biotechnology is very helpful for the future, and it makes students industry-ready. Our college organises events frequently.

Details of MITS School of Biotechnology.
Placements: The institute has a placement section, but it is not very popular. Companies like Capgemini, TCS, healthcare/biotech firms, Deloitte, and Wipro recruit their employees from the campus. The average package is around 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. The top package is up to 3.8 LPA. This is not my assumption, but the specific batch data. The college provides placement training and helps students gain more skill-based training rather than just bookish knowledge.
Infrastructure: The academic infrastructure is quite good. Wi-Fi is available for all students. Classrooms are digital, air-conditioned, and equipped with projectors. The library has a well-stocked collection of books and essential papers required for the M.Sc. course. The hostel system is available for both male and female students. The rooms mostly have attached bathrooms. Each room accommodates a minimum of 3 students. The hostel food is not very good, and regular complaints are raised for that reason.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and very experienced in their respective fields. All teachers actively help you understand the topics and make it easy to apply them in practical situations. The curriculum mostly focuses on advanced topics like Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, and Bioprocess Engineering. Students feel very supported by the teachers. The semester exams are quite frequent and mostly application-based.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in biotechnology. It is the most affordable college for M.Sc. in Biotechnology (according to me). The better thing the campus can do is increase the area of the campus.

Good college and placement.
Placements: Almost all students get placed. Capgemini, LTIMindtree, etc., recruit students from the last few years. Many more companies like Infosys and Wipro do campus drives here. The highest package was 18 Lacs in a US company, and 2 students were selected from our college.
Infrastructure: Hostel (girls) rooms have attached bathrooms, and they maintain cleanliness. The food is okay, not so good, and it depends on the day. The library is maintained properly. Labs have important equipment that is needed for conducting experiments. The canteen is not so spacious.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They are very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, but we need to study on our own. The pass percentage is 33%. Students below it have to appear for a back paper. I think it makes students industry-ready as it provides guidance to students accordingly.

Every facility is good here.
Placements: Approximately 75% students got placement in my batch. The highest package is 8.3 Lacs and the lowest is 2.6 Lacs per annum. I'm doing BCA, batch of 2021. I recently got my job. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, and all IT companies are hiring students from this college.
Infrastructure: Every facility is good except the canteen food. Labs are average but good. Every facility is kind and very friendly to all the students. Except food, everything is well. HOD and all the staff are quite good here. All the campus is neat and clean.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable here, and all are professors and well-graduated. I chose this course because it makes students' futures bright. The exams are not that tough on average. We all practice all the questions and answers with teachers.
Other: I have an interest in this line, actually, so I chose this course. I love the IT sector. The IT sector should give jobs to every student. Everything is well over here.

Absolutely satisfied with our faculty and our placement preparation.
Placements: My college is also famous for good placements. Many MNCs like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, LTIMindtree, Deloitte, etc., come to our college. The maximum package is 4 LPA, and the minimum package is 2.80 LPA. There are good placement preparation classes conducted in our college.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are equipped with smart technology, including Wi-Fi and smart LEDs. The classrooms are well-structured. The hostel rooms are clean and well-maintained. Our canteen serves very healthy and delicious food. There are well-defined playgrounds in our college.
Faculty: The faculty at our college are well-educated and experienced. All of our faculty members have completed their PhDs at reputed institutions. They are very helpful and assist students in studying effectively. The faculty members are also very approachable and support students at any time.
Other: Our college conducts a function every year in February called Basant Utshav.
