It is difficult to say whether getting into MPSTME Mumbai is tough or easy and will depend on the:

• Candidate's level of preparation
• Competition
• Available seats
• Personal motivation

As well as a number of other factors that will not be discussed here. But admissions to the different courses at the institute will depend on entrance exam scores such as NMIMS-CET for BTech.

B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) (MPSTME, NMIMS)
b. BS degree in Business Information Technology with a specialisation in Cybersecurity
Management and Analytics, Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech (STEM
Program)
c. MS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics from
the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech.
The B.Tech. degree will be awarded at the end of the 4th year, while the BS and MS
degrees will be offered at the end of the 5
th year.

The fee structure for B.Tech will be as per NMIMS University norms.
- Fees for the 4th and the fifth year will be out of state tuition fees as prescribed by the
Virginia Tech Bursar’s Office.
- Estimated cost of attending Virginia Tech campus (As per 2021-22 published rates) is
as follows:
• For UG academic year required cost $39033 + other estimated cost $24,395
• For Graduate academic year required cost $40,235 + other estimated cost $24575
- Students should note that the fees at VT would applicable, would be prescribed in their respective academic year. These fees do not include cost of stay, health Insurance, books personal expenses etc..
- Aspirants should also consider the cost savings of a 5 year BS & MS programme conducted
in US versus the cost of the coordinated programme where the first 3 years are completed
in India, leading to 3 degrees.

Mukesh Patel School of Technology MBA programme is an intergrated programme that lasts for five years. Admission to the MBA programme is based on NMIMS CET entrance exam. The exam is conducted by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) for admission to its BTech +MBA Tech courses. It is a university-level undergraduate common entrance test.

The institute has released the NMIMS CET application form on the official website i.e. nmimscet.in. Candidates must ensure that they meet the NMIMS CET 2024 eligibility criteria before applying for the entrance exam. Candidates who pass the exam will be admitted to one of the five NMIMS campuses located at Mumbai, Shirpur, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Indore and Chandigarh.
