NID Ahmedabad BDes fee is cumulative of various components. It includes tuition fee, film club, alumni fee, students refundable deposit, etc. The per semester tuition fee amount is INR 2.26 lakh. NID Ahmedabad BDes security deposit is of INR 10,000. This fee amount is as per official sources. It is subject to revision and hence, is indicative.

No, the date of birth cannot be changed in the NID application correction window. The candidate will also not be able to edit their name, the programme applied for admission, registered email id, and phone number, in the application form. National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad provides hostels to all out-stationed BDes students. Hostel accommodation is allocated only for a year and students have to apply for reallocation every year. Subscription to mess facilities is compulsory for all hostel residents. Local students cannot apply for hostel accommodation. Rooms are semi-furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair and storage space for each student.

NID officials will consider the Merit list of that Prelims to shortlist candidates for DAT Mains. The number of candidates shortlisted will be no less than three times in each category.
