Wonderful place to be, it help discover one's self, passion and interest.

Faculty: The course curriculum is quiet elaborate and touches upon each aspect in great detail. Though, the amount of knowledge is vast enough to be grabbed in a span of 2.5 years in an M.Des programme. But, at NID, learning comes by doing. Though open to technological advances, NID supports hand work more than machine work. It ...

A college, which is totally different from the rest of the colleges in India.

Faculty: One of the best faculty members of the whole country is here. They are highly experienced that nothing can beat them. The curriculum not only makes the people as a design student but also as a responsible human. Further, the evaluation of the students is held differently since they have the different talent in them. Really, I cherish my days in NID.

Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and very mindful. Both in-house and visiting faculty members help in the growth of the student. Although, faculty members are a bit less in animation, but the visiting ones from the industry compensate it. At the end of the day its the handful of knowledge which matters.

About master of design at National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.

Faculty: Teachers spent least time, dealing with the classroom portions which were usually 2 to 3 hours a day. Teachers were so knowledgeable and built an effective, healthy relationship among the students. Teachers helped us to verify the data about our research projects, and gather some relevant information too. Along with the teachers, some guides came with us while we went for visiting the industrial experience. Industrial experience was arranged once every two weeks to give more weightage to the pra...
