Even if you get a good rank in JEE Mains 2018, you can't get in NITs and IITs as 75% criteria for admission is there, but you can get admission in DTU or NSIT.

There are two different lists of OBC's. One is a state list and other is central list. For admission in Maharashtra or say Delhi, the respective state government list of OBC will be accepted. NSIT and DTU are good colleges after NIT, IIT and some IIITs. If you are not getting any NIT, IIT or a good government college, then go for NSIT or DTU.
