I would suggest you to apply for some private institutes or try writing some other entrance exams to get into other institutes.

For NSIT you have to give JEE Mains and for DU there is no requirement of JEE Mains or other competitive exam.

Its getting important to score 70+ in 12 these days. Be it percentile or percentage cutoff, you are at fix with 59% marks. Wish you do once via NIOS and secure a 75%+ marks. Else, it does not look of chances present for you to get admission.
