YMCA New Delhi is a good college.

Placements: I am from batch no 182 in the travel tourism and airport handling course. Placements of YMCA are good, but due to the pandemic, many students did not get recruited. Salary packages were not offered by the institute. None of the students got internships. TTAH is one of the valuable courses, but due to the pandemic, the scope of the travel industry got down.

Infrastructure: The department has a very good infrastructure with many facilities like a library, computer labs and fully air-conditioned classrooms. Wi-Fi was not available, and the canteen was also not available. Our college provides many types of sports activities like basketball, swimming pool, etc.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are very helpful and supportive. They are well-qualified. Students get project work, presentation skills, report writing and an abundance of knowledge. The curriculum was relevant. Their main role is not to impart bookish language to students, but they share their experiences in the corporate world.

Other: Our college could conduct more trips and events.

Superlative and splendid.

Placements: Almost all the students were placed in reputed companies. Very good packages were offered in my course. English Speaking and Personality Development, Hospitality, Tourism, World's Geographical knowledge and Airlines or Cruise ticketing, Airport Handling, French language, Global Distribution System (CRS), etc. were the top roles offered.

Infrastructure: I've never seen before the infrastructure similar to YMCA anywhere during my entire career. I spent my golden memories at YMCA New Delhi. All the facilities like, sports, food, games, medical facilities were superb. I enjoyed so many games with my friends and also the library of YMCA is superior.

Faculty: The teachers of YMCA are so helpful and also they all are house of knowledge. The curriculum is obviously relevant and it's a professional course which helps students to grow up and face any kind of interview in this field. YMCA is contributing to brighter prospects for the country.

Other: Since childhood, I have loved to hang out and meet strangers, so that's why I chose this course. There is not a thing I would want to improve about my course.

Good work, just need to focus on placement opportunities.

Placements: Nearly 20 students were placed in our course. In my opinion, the highest package was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are itForte, Goal Orbit, FEEGO, etc. As far as I know, only 5% students got placed due to Covid. Top roles offered by our course are in Air ticketing and Airport handling.

Infrastructure: The facilities were quite good, they have ACs and well-equipped classrooms. They also provide library facilities to those who are interested in reading. They have one mini canteen too but in my opinion, they can do much better with that canteen.

Faculty: Each and every faculty member was very helpful, they would help you in every possible way. All are well qualified, knowledgeable and experienced. Their teaching quality is above average. They used to explain everything in full detail and they did contribute towards their work.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to do something with aviation department and this is the best thing I could do. The best thing is that you can learn about different countries plus their culture, heritage capitals, etc. I just wanted to advise YMCA that they should focus more on placement opportunities for their students.

Dissatisfied because of no placement criteria.

Placements: In my batch, 20 students were placed. The highest package is only 2 LPA. Only 5% students, in my knowledge, got internship. Recruiting companies are Wing in travel Advisory, Kafila Travels Ltd and Spicejet Airlines. Roles offered are related to travel executive.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure was good. Air-conditioned classrooms were available for our batch. There was a huge library for students in a well organised manner. Quality of food in canteen was also good and not much expensive. Sports activities were available for interesting students.

Faculty: Teachers were really helpful, knowledgeable and highly qualified. Teachers were also strict in order to implement discipline in the college. Their method of teaching was also interesting and enjoyable. But I don't think that the course made us industry ready or confident.

Other: I would like to advise that the faculty should inform about the opportunities that we can have after the completion of our course. Campus crowd and surroundings were good and peaceful.

I am really happy and satisfied being a student of YMCA. I will surely recommend this institute.

Placements: As I am a pursuing student, I've not reached the stage of placement yet. But I've heard and got into my knowledge that YMCA provides placements to approximately 80% of its students. In my course, as far as I know, top recruiting companies are Airlines, Travel Agencies and Hotels. Students are provided with the job roles which they fit into. It depends on how much the student is prepared for the interview. But YMCA for surely prepares its students at best.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of YMCA is worth appreciating. Every class has adequate number of chairs. Each class has 2 ACs. The department is always concerned about the cleanliness. Food in the canteen is provided at a reasonable amount and is upto the mark. Library is useful at the time of gaining extra knowledge or while giving exams. The yearly festival of YMCA allows each student to showcase their talents and interests.

Faculty: The teachers of YMCA are the most amazing part. They are extremely helpful, qualified, polite and pro in their subjects. The subjects are taught with real life examples which makes them so easy to understand and learn. They prepare students for each step into the industry, from grooming to how one shall work every detail is taught.

Other: I chose this course as I was always an aviation lover and looking forward to build my future in this industry. My course is worth spending each penny as everything is taught in detail by experienced teachers. Teachers are always encouraging and helping. The fest conducted every year allows us to enjoy the another yet fun side of YMCA where you engage with all the students and faculty. Scholarships are also available for bright, needy students who are keen to learn. In my course, I wish if the tourism department could provide us with some airport tour something like that.

The education of YMCA is good.

Placements: 100% placements are there in the college. 17k per month and incentives as well was the salary structure. IGT, Lufthansa airlines and so many companies which are related to our course visited here. 100% students got internship in MNC companies such as Interglobe Technologies, Lufthansa Airlines, etc. There are many types of courses included in I course. YMCA provides complete package to the students wherein they can develop their personality and other skills as well.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good, library is so amazing, infrastructure is quite good and the teachers of YMCA are excellent. Method of teaching is very nice. Here sports facilities like cricket, tennis, football, etc. are provided. Canteen is nice.

Faculty: Teachers are so amazing. They are really helpful, knowledgeable and very frank. Few of my favourite teachers are Brian H Francis Sir, Gayatri Chandra Mam, Jyoti Shah Mam, Shreya Goal mam (French). The course is curriculum relevant and management of the college is quite good for education, career and everything.

Other: I chose this course because Tourism and Travel is the 3rd largest industry in the world. There are so many diverse work areas where we can perform. Practical Training and internship systems and scholarship system is available here.

All about my journey at YMCA.

Placements: There are a lot of students placed by YMCA but as a whole it depends upon the students because some students don't want to opt for the placements given by campus institutions. YMCA is one of the known institutes globally. It has tieups with many big companies and it helps to build the career of its students.

Infrastructure: The quality of the services provided by YMCA are upto the mark. Facilities provided to the students include computer laboratory, ground, canteen, classrooms, etc. YMCA, Delhi has one of the best infrastructures among the institutions in Delhi.

Faculty: Teachers of YMCA are very helpful and always available when needed. They teach us each and every aspect of the topic. Mr. Brian is one of the best faculty of YMCA, Delhi. This course is relevant to my career field.

Other: I joined this course as since my HSC I had an aim to make my career in the field of travel and tourism. As I knew about the goodwill of YMCA, I decided to join this institute and it was my best decision. I even got my first placement from the institute itself.

I didn't enjoy the value of course. And I'm still unemployed.

Placements: The students were placed in our course were 40. The average package of course was 60k. No company has recruited our batch. No placement was provided.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was okay. There was no Wi-Fi facility or other facility due to pandemics. I had my 80% classes. So I didn't enjoy any other activity of our campus. It was a complete waste of money.

Faculty: Our semester was okay. About teachers all were good but SK Chopra sir is very good. He taught us everything very good. My pass percentage was 65%. Yes, it does make students ready for the industry but without placement, it's quite difficult. If the college provides the facility of placement then it's good.
