Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognised institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile. Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.
MCACandidate must have completed Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration with minimum 50% (45 % for reserved category). Candidate must have mathematics subject at 10+2 or at Graduate level. The qualifying degree examination can be 10+2+3/4/5 years pattern or 10+3 years Diploma +3 years pattern or 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field. Candidates with B.E./B.Tech. degrees obtained through Distance/Weekend mode are not eligible. Candidates with degree obtained without studying 10th/12th Std. or 3 years degree programme are not eligible. Candidates appearing for the final semester/year are also eligible.
M.E./M.TechCandidate must have completed B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering/Civil and Structural Engineering. Candidate belonging to reserved category must have 45% in qualifying examination. Candidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field. Candidates with B.E./B.Tech. degrees obtained through Distance/Weekend mode are not eligible. Our college facility is awesome, with a practical explanation.
Placements: 90 percent of students were placed in my course. Minimum 8 LPA and Maximum 28 LPA were the packages offered for us. Hexaware, SOTI, and Pegatron were the top recruiting companies. 90 percent of students got internships at Pegatron. VLSI engineer and embedded engineer were the roles offered.
Infrastructure: Very nice teaching and supporting infrastructure. Good quality of food, all sports and games, and good medical facilities. Had all types of playgrounds and immediate medical facilities also. Also, arranged a big canteen for students to enjoy their break time.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They were ready to share their knowledge of engineering with students. The course made the students ready to enter the industry. Semester exams were not that difficult. 50 percent of the pass mark.
Other: I chose ECE because communication is very important. Faculty members' support and explanation about the course made me better. Had all types of programs like events, fest, campus, crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, and a variety of extracurricular activities.

The college offers good teaching, active campus life, and growing opportunities in AI & DS.
Placements: In the AI & DS department, no students are placed yet because we are the first batch in our college. Placements are still ongoing. Overall, the college placement percentage is around 50–80%. The highest package offered is about 20 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Avasoft, and Hexaware visit the college for placements. Students also try for internships through college support and outside companies. The top roles offered are Data Analyst, AI Engineer, App Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Scientist, UI/UX Designer, and Software Developer.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are well-maintained and comfortable for learning. The campus provides free Wi-Fi for students. Department has labs and a library. They are useful for studies and practical learning. The hostel infrastructure is good and well-maintained. The food in the mess and canteen is average. But new canteens are scheduled to open in February 2026, which are expected to be better. Medical facilities are available on campus. The college supports sports and games such as cricket, basketball, kho-kho, badminton, table tennis, carrom, and more. Overall, facilities and infrastructure are good and helpful for students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The staff are friendly with students. The teaching quality is good. They explain concepts clearly and support students whenever needed. The course curriculum is relevant and useful for future jobs. It helps students learn the basics required for the industry, but more practical exposure will make students more industry-ready. The semester exams are of medium difficulty. Students are well-trained through CAT exams and model exams, so the exams are manageable. The pass percentage is around 90–95%.
Other: I chose AI & DS because it is a trending course with good future scope. It helps us learn programming, data analysis, machine learning, and AI concepts, and improves problem-solving skills. The syllabus is good, but more practical classes, real-time projects, and internships will make it better. The AI & DS department has friendly and supportive staff who teach clearly and motivate students. Our college conducts many events like department symposiums, inter- and intra-college cultural programs, college day, hostel day, and DJ nights. Celebrations like New Year, Pongal, Christmas, and Onam make college life enjoyable.

This college is a good option for engineering students with supportive and decent placements.
Placements: Placements are above average, and 90 percent of the students are placed in my course. The highest package offered is 6 to 7 LPA and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. 80 percent of the students are placed in internships for my course, including Infosys and L&T companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good in our college, and the placement training is excellent for us. There are many facilities in our college, like labs, Wi-Fi, and a library. The library hour is useful to get new information for us. Sports and many events will be conducted in our colleges.
Faculty: Teachers are so kind and friendly. They are more qualified and very knowledgeable. This course is very relevant, so easy to study, but a little difficult to understand the concept. The students are so interested in studying this course. The semester exam as well as the model exam are easy as well as difficult in this college. The pass percentage of this college is out of 100, we should compulsorily get 50 marks.
Other: This course is more comfortable than other courses, so I chose this course. I want to improve and include artificial intelligence in my course, which is my request. Events, fest, and the campus crowd surrounding are good. Scholarships are available for all students. It is so helpful for all. Extra curricular activities are so good.

Excellent coaching with good infrastructure and a peaceful environment.
Placements: New price Shri Bhavnai College of Engineering and Technology has good placements, with around 90-95% of students placed. The highest package is about 10 LPA, with an average of 3-4 LPA. Many students get internships in IT and core companies, with roles like software developer, tester, and engineering positions.
Infrastructure: We have a well-stocked library here, and we are getting a library period once a week to gain more knowledge. We are also allowed to take library books home with proper registration. Classrooms have smart boards through which presentations are done by the staff members for a better skill environment.
Faculty: The institution provides excellent coaching that helps the students to score well in university exams. Faculty members are super friendly and easy to approach when we are lacking in a subject. Every faculty gives out notes for our exams so we can use that for our exam preparation without any fear of searching for notes at the last minute.
Other: Good college for studying. Our college encourages sports and cultural events too. Now, the control has introduced the NCC for the students' bright future, and I'm also an NCC cadet.

I have a great college life and good placement.
Placements: More than 100% of students are placed in my class (Mechanical). Top companies include TVS Motors, Ashok Leyland, Daimler, Indian Oil, Hindustan, and a few startups. Top roles include design engineer, production engineer, and supervisor. The highest package is 20 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: There are well-maintained machines and proper lab facilities. The project room is very clean and neat. The classrooms are eco-friendly and have facilities like a library, canteen, sports room, gym, etc. The hostel food is very hygienic and clean. The canteen has delicious and hygienic food, and they provide RO-purified drinking water.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, holding doctoral degrees. They have good experience in domains like manufacturing, thermal, materials engineering, and mechanics. The relevance of the staff prepares students well for the industry. I cleared all my subjects easily with 92 percent.
Other: All facilities and teaching are very good in my college.
