Pros and cons of NICMAR MBA 2026.
Placements: The placement rate is 100 percent. The highest package is 19 LPA, whereas the lowest is 7 LPA. The average you can expect is 9 LPA-11 LPA. Most of the roles are from marketing, sales, and business development. There are also job role-specific ones, such as Business Analyst, Procurement, Finance, and more.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is great. Everything feels superior and advanced. All classrooms are equipped with AC and smart TVs with super-fast Wi-Fi. Hostel rooms are pretty decent as well. The food quality does vary sometimes but it is still manageable.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful from course-related work to career guidance you can expect 5 stars. The curriculum is decent but it could be better. Semester exams can get a bit difficult but that's what an MBA is for. You'll have to score at least 8 CGPA to stand out in placements.
Other: In MBA we get 7 specialisations. Where in the course is pretty detailed. And moreover the college life is amazing. Youd have the fun of a lifetime.

Love the college and its value for money.
Placements: NICMAR has achieved 100% placements in multiple courses and categories. Over 200 reputed companies participated in the placement drive. Spanning sectors like construction, real estate, consulting, IT, design, and many more. Notable recruiters included Ultratech, L&T, Infosys, and TCS.
Infrastructure: The campus spans approximately 11 acres. The college is located in Balewadi. The campus offers lush greenery with contemporary collaboration. Classrooms and lecture halls are fully equipped with air conditioning and a comfortable seating arrangement. It can accommodate a healthy strength with ease.
Faculty: Teachers of the university are very supportive, and the teaching curriculum is what separates this college from other traditional institutions. The way of teaching is really interactive, and the course is specially designed by the top unicorns of the industry.

IMBA at Nicmar University Pune - Worth it?
Placements: Most of the MBA students graduated with a minimum of 6 LPA. I don't know what college claims, the average is 10 LPA or 12 LPA but in reality the average package is 7 LPA. But as this is NICMAR there are chances that you will get into construction related companies in managerial roles.
Infrastructure: The course infrastructure is solid, with well-equipped classrooms and computer labs tailored for management students. Business school is expanding, and a new building is set to open next year, easing current scheduling adjustments. Hostel facilities are good. Boys have single rooms, while girls can choose between shared or single occupancy. Wi-Fi is reliable, and washrooms are clean.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are really qualified, Ph.D. holders, and they are MBA qualified. They teach you in BBA too, so there are no complaints there. The course curriculum is similar to IIMS and diverse. Exams are not difficult, you can pull all-nighters. Most of the faculty provide PPTs. However, there is no system of question banks in NICMAR, so just learn the concepts.
Other: This is a good option for people who are not able to get into IIMS for IPM program and are looking for an integrated program. Campus is not really big, and NICMAR is new to undergraduate courses. The sports are not given any attention here.

MBA in Advanced Construction Management - Batch of 2025

My honest review of my college.
Placements: The college has a 99.9% placement rate every year. Some of the recruiters offer packages such as KPMG offers 8 LPA, PwC offers 7 LPA, Goldman Sachs offers 8 LPA, Tata Steel offers 9.5 LPA, Reliance offers 8 LPA, L&T Construction offers 6.5 LPA, Al Tayer, Dubai offers 16 LPA, Lodha Group offers 6.5 LPA, Samsung offers 7 LPA, and HCC offers 7LPA. Many reputed companies offer an average package of approximately 5 LPA. The highest package is 1.6 lakhs per month. Many prestigious companies visit FMS for recruitment, such as BCG, Kearney, L'Oreal, and many others.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are of good quality. The food provided is vegetarian only. The hostel capacity per batch is 600 students. The cost for a single room with mess is nearly Rs. 30,000. For a double room with a mess is Rs. 25,000. Although the internet is not good, it is free and included in the fees. Working for almost 3 years, I got to see how an organisation works. I am fascinated by the management. I want to be a part of such a team, but before that, I want to learn more about it structurally. That's when I decided I wanted to do an MBA. I started preparing for the CAT exam and got selected in FMS.
Faculty: Exams are of a trimester pattern. The college is totally chilled out, no stress, with pointer-based, but we must know the basics because all papers are based on practical experience. The labs are good, all practice done on the same day, and running along with the theory class. The Management Skill Lab is excellent, they try to make engineering students into professionals. It is totally practical-based, and we have to explain in front of everybody. Every faculty member teaches in their respective areas, and all senior faculty have done research work for the construction industry. Their teaching and students' understanding are totally matched.

My honest review about my college.
Placements: Placements were pretty good and the graph was raising on the positive side. Almost 250 companies visited to offer more than 1250 offers. CTC varied from crores to a few lakhs. 99.9% of students got placements every year. KPMG offered 8 LPA, PWC offered 7 LPA, Goldman Sachs offered 8 LPA, Tata Steel offered 9.5 LPA, Reliance offered 8 LPA, L&T Construction offered 6.5 LPA, Lodha Group offered 6.5 LPA, Samsung offered 7 LPA, HCC offered 7 LPA, and many other reputed companies. The average package was 5 LPA approximately.
Infrastructure: Quality hostel facilities were food veg only, capacity per batch 600 single mess cost near Rs 30,000. Double mess cost was Rs 25,000, and internet was not good although it was free included in the fee.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members teaching were from their respective areas. Also, all senior faculty had done research work for the construction industry. Their teaching and student understanding were totally matched. The course curriculum was extremely good. It was moreover industry-oriented rather than research-oriented. Course was amazing, and all faculty members were experienced. The way the course was designed, could help the students learn a lot about research and academics. Conferences and guest lectures were happening on a regular basis.

My honest review of college.
Placements: The current status of placements is 99.9% at NICMAR. Almost every top Indian company comes for the recruitment process. My internship will be in January, but I know from past records. Many companies come for summer internships, like Oberoi, etc., usually all the big brands line up for full-time MBA students, but no one for part-time, as they are supposed to be working full time with their current employers.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is not availed as it is a part-time course, but I have heard from seniors and friends doing full-time that food is okay in the mess. Since the college and hostel are highly subsidized, the mess and canteen are affordable, and apart from that, there is a big ground.
Faculty: Faculty members are all renowned and highly experienced and some of them have published papers at Harvard, Oxford, etc. We happened to have some of the best professors in the country to teach us. Marketing, finance, and quality management courses are even offered part-time by faculty. Semester exams are conducted, usually classes are held for roughly 14-16 weeks, followed by exams, which stretch for a month overall. Classes are held for 7-8 months, 1-2 months for exams, and 3 months of vacation. There are 30 marks internal. The course curriculum is a bit outdated, but professors bring lots of new topics for discussion. Pedagogy is also a bit outdated considering the fact that lots of other MBA institutes have an innovative style of teaching, some of the courses are offered on a specific campus, hence creating a lot of convenience for students to travel to different campuses.
