Education purpose and only for events you can come to Nirmala College not for sports.
Placements: In Nirmala College the placements are average and only placements are coming for CSE and mechatronics. Placement are very poor. All packages are dependent on students on the campus of Nirmala College. All students are average and upcoming students like 1 year batch all will be well placed because they have 10 and 9 CGPA.
Infrastructure:
In Nirmala College they have above average facilities. Wi-Fi 5 GB is available in lab and we can connect to that Wi-Fi in classroom. Library is also available on average for me. Hostel facility is very bad in Nirmala College. You can use PG facilities.
Faculty:
In Nirmala College of Engineering teachers are good especially CSE department teachers. They provide extra teacher for their placement and project specialist teacher for the college. Only principal was bad for extracurricular activities. If you go to any internship or other educational activities he is more supportive than any other faculty.
Other:
In Nirmala College of Engineering Computer Science Engineering is the best course for the students. In our college the events are best and I think Thrissur or Kerala is the only college that has turf for student on their campus.

Dissatisfied with the management team of the college.
Placements: I am a semester 7 student at Nirmala College pursuing B.Teach in Computer Science and Engineering. From my current semester, very few students are placed. No one from the Computer Science department has been placed. Top recruiters are Innovative and Infosys. No one got any internships from any companies. The highest packages offered were 36 LPA
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are average. There is one computer lab provided for our department. Wi-Fi is available in the lab but not in the classrooms. The lab can be bigger. Classrooms use chalk and a board instead of smart classrooms. No digital boards are available. Projectors are available. Hostel facilities are good, and the quality of food is also good. Medical facilities are not so good. There is turf, which is football. There is ground, other sports equipment, and accessories also. But there are restrictions on playing for our department. There is a good library available.
Faculty: Teaching quality is okay. Teachers teach well, and we can ask doubts as well. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. We cannot say it is excellent, but it is good. The curriculum is not very good. It still teaches old stuff. It does not make us industry-ready. The syllabus is still old. The semester exams are fairly difficult but if we study using old question papers, it can be easy.
Other: I chose this course to get a good while-collar job. The campus life here is, however, very boring. Everything is very restrictive. There is no freedom. Rules are stricter than in school. The events are, however, very good. They invest in events. The campus surroundings are big and good. Scholarships are available. There are very few extracurricular activities.

In my opinion, this college is better for studies and college events, not for sports persons.
Placements: In our college, placement is there, but MNCs are not taking students because of their knowledge and skills. But you can still get placed through our college. The management is now trying to improve students’ skills. I think after 2 or 3 years, placements will be better in Nirmala College of Engineering. In Nirmala College, all their colleges get placed equally
Infrastructure: Better infrastructure compared to other colleges, and their labs are all good. They also have a turf for students. In Nirmala College, there are four colleges in the same campus, for example, Nirmala College of Engineering, Nirmala College of Arts and Science, Nirmala Polytechnic College, and Health and Science (Pharmacy). Nirmala College of Engineering has separate labs and facilities.
Faculty: In Nirmala College of Engineering, academics are nice, and the faculty have good behavior with students in the CSE and Mechanical departments. But the new principal is a very strict person regarding other activities like sports and events. However, the CSE department is very good, and the HOD is very friendly and supportive.
Other: In our college, better placements and the best classes are in the CSE department. The only problem is our university. If you are a sports person and want to practice after college time, no extra time is allowed in this college. Our college events and fests are the best compared to any other private colleges in Thrissur.

I am very much satisfied because of the educational facilities and good placements.
Placements: Getting placements is a bit tough. But the online facilities for campus admissions are very good and efficient. Top recruiting companies for mechantronics are Wipro, Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, etc. Almost 80% of students get internships in mechantronics from companies like Wipro, Accenture, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-set with modern and advanced technologies for better education. All students get high-speed Wi-Fi for educational purposes. Also, the labs are well maintained with all essential equipment. The library has almost all the books needed for our course. The food available at campus canteen could be a little better. The college has much scope for many sports.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and qualified for their position. The teaching quality is also very effective. The course curriculum is very relevant, and the students get well prepared for the industry they want to enter. The semester exams are a bit challenging at times. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose this course because I had always wanted to do engineering in mechatronics. The best thing about this course is that we get many more internships compared to other courses. I wish that the semester exams had been a bit easier. There are a lot of events throughout the year in our college. The college surroundings and environment are very calm and good. Also, many students get scholarships for many things while studying. I had chosen B.Tech in mechantronics, which only a small number of students choose.

Disappointed by the management.
Placements: About 3%-4% of students have been placed in different companies. The companies the lowest package is Rs. 10,000 and the highest package is Rs. 30,000. Top recruiting companies for our course are Cognizant, Sutherland, etc. All students got internships from various companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities are limited, there is no table Wi-Fi connection, and no-AC classrooms. Labs and libraries are available. I'm not living in hostel, I'm a daily traveler. I heard that the food is much worse in our hostel, better taking outside hostels, then only we get the freedom.
Faculty: There are qualified and friendly teachers. They have different teaching styles, which helps me a lot to get passed. It's not a course curriculum relevant and it doesn't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are very simple if we have touch in our semester subjects. The pass percentage is above 70%.
Other: I wish to become a digital marketer, so need a computer science base. The best thing is, I got new good friends. We need freedom to get out from the college at any time. Events are amazing in our college.

Good college, good faculty, and management, but choose courses as per previous placement records.
Placements: During our time, only IT companies were coming to recruit. Not even a single company from the civil engineering field came for recruitment. Almost the ones who got placed are in banking and finance. But their package was good. Internship options were not available. We had to search for our own. Also, career guidance was not there. So, it would have been better if someone suggested what and how to choose after graduation.
Infrastructure: The lab was good. There was a good library. College hostels were not available, but we had private hostels available. Classrooms and other facilities were good. The canteen was good and affordable. Sports and games used to be conducted but were not given much importance.
Faculty: The faculty was very good. They were always there for any help in studies. They were very friendly and always did their best. They used to teach as per curriculum requirements. Since university exams used to be tough during our time, the pass percentage was low in our batch, but for the next batches, they had a good pass percentage.
Other: Events were not conducted properly during our college time. But nowadays, they are conducting every event in a grand way.
