If a student chooses to withdraw from BCom at NMIMS Hyderabad after the fee payment, the institution refunds the fee based on the following criteria:

1. 100% of the fee amount will be refunded if the candidate withdraws 15 days or more before the formally-notified last date of admission, after a 5% deduction towards the processing fee
2. 90% of the fee will be refunded if the candidate withdraws less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of admission
3. 15 days or less after the formally-notified last date of admission. 
4. 50% fee will be refunded in the candidate withdraws 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally-notified last of admission
5. No refund in case of withdrawal after more than 30 days from formally-notified last date of admission

Candidates who are awaiting their Class 12 result can apply for BCom admission at NMIMS Hyderabad. They are eligible for provisional admission. Their admission will be finalised only if they manage to secure at least 50% in Class 12. They must also submit the required documents and fee within the stipulated time.
