The average rating for NERIM is 4 out of 5 for infrastructure, courses, teachers, placements, etc.
Placements: Placements from BCA are not up to the mark because having only a BCA degree is tough for a student to get placements in reputed companies. You can go for PG in MCA or MBA after BCA. Placements are good for MCA and MBA. Top recruiting companies are HDFC, ICICI, Tata Infotech, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure, canteen, library, classrooms and labs are good, hygienic and well-organised. Our college is also strictly following protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. Hostel, quality of food in the hostel and canteen is good. Still, there is a lack of sports and games facilities in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant, demanding and challenging to students as they teach essential concepts and skills and also involves particular intellectual challenges.

Really good infrastructure, with all the modern facilities as well the faculty members are very help
Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placed every year. The highest salary offered would be INR 4 Lacs per annum and the lowest would be around INR 2-2.5 Lacs. Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, etc. Programmer, Developer, web designer, etc. 3 Lacs per annum. Almost 50% - 70% of students get placed every year.
Infrastructure: Wi-fi, Computer Labs (2 nos), AC, Library, etc. All the modern facilities are available. Hostel facility is quite well with quite a large number of rooms, quality of the food is average in the mess, whereas the canteen serves quality food with availability of options in it. Medical facilities is great but not that much in sports and games.
Faculty: Very helpful and attentive faculty members, all of them are highly educated with good teaching quality. BCA is a IT based technical course and quite relevant with the day to day use. It does make the students stand out from the others because a Computer Science graduate knows what others don't know about the computer.
Other: I'm interested in programming so to better it off I choose to go with BCA. It's very interesting and completely a skill based course. Our college is affiliated with Dibrugarh University, so would appreciate if they drop the old course module and adapt the new one. Events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity are a huge part of our college culture. And every now and then students are been updated with all the latest scholarships, and job placements available in the market.

Good infrastructure and faculty, peaceful campus, but placements need improvement.
Placements: Placements at NERIM need a lot of improvement. The overall placement support and opportunities provided by the college are not up to the mark, and many students expect better industry connections. The college needs to bring more companies for recruitment drives and should focus on providing relevant job opportunities in the core fields of the courses offered. The placement process should be more structured and transparent so that students can prepare properly for interviews and tests.
Infrastructure: NERIM has good infrastructure with clean, air-conditioned classrooms, a decent library with many books, and computer labs with internet facilities. Wi-Fi is available in some areas. Hostel rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the mess food is average but manageable. The campus also has medical aid, a small gym, and sports facilities like basketball and badminton, allowing students to refresh during free time.
Faculty: Teachers at NERIM are friendly, qualified, and supportive, making it easy to clarify doubts. The teaching quality is good, and most teachers explain concepts with practical examples. The curriculum is relevant and aligned with the university syllabus, which helps in building a strong base for industry or further studies. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the passing percentage is quite high if you attend classes regularly and prepare well.

NERIM, a short and easy overview
Placements: The management stream is better and promising than the IT stream for UG courses. For PG courses, the placement record is good. MBA and MSW have good placement records while the placement record in M.Com is average. MCA placements are good but low in numbers. The placement cell picks the quality here over quantity for the IT department. Some of the Companies which come for placements are Tata, Godrej, Airtel, Vodafone, Aditya Birla, TCS, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is enabled within the campus but hardly of any use. Sports and Games are basic and the library is good. Medical facility: GNRC 6th mile. Students get a GNRC health/accident card but terms and conditions apply. Classrooms are very good. Hostel rooms: The girls' hostel has a good service, Hota Hostel, on the other hand, can be considered a little vague. The college campus is small.
Faculty: There are very good faculty members, but some are mediocre, and a few of them are not even considered to be called faculty members due to two reasons: 1. Major attitude problem. 2. Not helpful and Ego driven Some of these faculty members were caught for the ASPC exam scam of 2014. Students to faculty ratio (average) 20-30:1 (all departments). Less extracurricular and industry exposure to the current needs. Teaching method: Digital and conventional both are mixed, which is good and giving students a two-way approach to gain knowledge.
Other: Penalty fines are heavy, so try to avoid as much as you can. Attendance criteria is now 70-75%. Before, it was 65-70%. It might have increased, and the update should be in their prospectus I would recommend this if someone has blocked all chances and doesn't want to lose a year.

    Having the good days here.
Placements: In my class, we have 40 students, and there are 47 students in different sections. I haven't graduated yet, so I haven't got any offers. I'm still studying in the 2nd year. Flipkart, Axis Bank, and many other companies recruit from our college. Also, we get a 6-month internship when we reach the 6th semester, but if we have backlogs, we cannot get the internship.
Infrastructure: We have free internet access in labs, and we have e-library access. Also, we don't need to buy books for our semester; they are offered by our college for free. We have a medical partner near our college, and the food in our canteen is good, but it lacks a little hygiene.
Faculty: The teachers are very good. They're very friendly and helpful. Their teaching is also very good, but the equipment in our labs is a little outdated, which makes us a step behind in the competitive place. The semester exams are good, not hard; they are moderate. The pass percentage is like, out of 100, 80 percent of students will pass.
Other: The best thing about here is the food served on our orientation day, and also the Neerman fest, which is amazing.
