Good academics and a peaceful campus, but placements need improvement.
Placements: 30% of students got placed. The highest package was 3 LPA, the lowest was 1 LPA, and the average was 2 LPA. Mostly companies like Wipro BPO, TCS BPO, and Infosys BPM visited for hiring. Around 5% of students did internships. The top roles were Data Entry Operator, Processing Executive, or Teaching Assistant. Some students also got clerical jobs in banks.
Infrastructure: The Mathematics Department had well-maintained classrooms and a good library with enough reference books. The hostel facilities were decent with basic amenities and reasonable mess food. The college also provided good sports grounds and access to the nearest hospital.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant as per the university syllabus. But students needed to have extra skills to be fully industry-ready. Semester exams were moderate if you studied well. My percentage was 80%.
Other: I chose B.Sc. Mathematics because I was interested in numbers and problem-solving. More industry-focused training or internships could have been offered. The college had good art fests, cultural events, sports, and NSS activities.

My college is stunningly good.
Placements: The percentage of students in my course was about 20%. The average package offered in the course was ₹11,000. About 10% of students secured roles in LIC. The offered roles in my course are ₹20,000, and some even joined for the top roles before my graduation.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in the library, the classroom is neat and tidy, and the lab has about 5 or 7 laptops. The food in the hostel is superb. There are numerous games to play with friends. Medical facilities are also excellent. When playing games and sports, we can access the medical section.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is surprisingly good. This course's curriculum makes the students industry-ready. The difficulty of the semester exams is moderately challenging, with a pass rate of about 50 to 55%.
Other: I chose this course because I have a fondness for mathematics. The best aspect of my course is that it is helpful in my life.
