There are very few placements in my college because it's just a private college, so companies are rarely interested in taking students from our college.

Excellent campus life and modern facilities, but the academic curriculum needs improvement.
Placements: Around 60% of students in our course manage to secure placements through campus drives. The packages vary. The highest package is 8 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. The average is 4.5 LPA. Capgemini and Cognizant visit for recruitment. 50% of my batchmates obtain internships. Most of them are in local startup environments. Roles offered by these employers are Graduate Engineer Trainee and Associate Developer.
Infrastructure: Academic infrastructure is decent. It includes classrooms and the library. They are well maintained. Campus Wi-Fi can be slow. It can also be unreliable during peak hours. Hostel rooms are spacious enough. The quality of food in the mess is very inconsistent and lacks variety. Medical and sports facilities are available on campus. However, they need better equipment and regular maintenance to be truly useful for students.
Faculty: Teachers are highly knowledgeable and always helpful. They ensure a great overall teaching quality. The course curriculum is completely relevant to our field. It includes practical projects that successfully make the students industry-ready. Semester exams in this college are moderately difficult but fair if you study consistently. The overall pass percentage remains quite high.

Practical are difficult than theoretical papers.
Placements: Till now, the Department of Mechanical Engineering course received the highest salary package of 7 LPA and below. The median package ranged between 3.5 LPA and 4.5 LPA. The significant mechanical core companies like Zensar, Eicher, Crompton Leaves, BHEL, and Skyline were available for recruitment.
Faculty: The fees charged for all the courses were at a moderate level which would be affordable for students from any background. The fee structure was followed according to AFRC rules. Good college environment and teachers' impact is good.
Placements: I completed my Diploma in 2024 and joined Oriental College of Technology, Bhopal, in November 2024 in lateral entry. The college is really good.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available 24/7. Labs and classrooms are not so bad, it's good too. The library is very good, and the food in the mess and canteen is super tasty. Especially the samosas and litti. I didn't try the medical facilities, so I don't know about this, but sports and games are good too.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful and qualified too. Teachers have so much knowledge. They teach you anything if you're focusing on their knowledge, and their teaching skills are so good. Semester exams are good there is no teaching in the exam hall because of their checking. The teachers are so good. In fact, your teachers are so helpful, and you won't face any type of issue if you're studying well.

It is a decent college with average placements and good campus life.
Placements: In Oriental College of Technology, placements are decent, especially for CSE/IT courses. Around 60-70 percent of students got placed, depending on skills and preparation. The average package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. The lowest package offered ranges from 2-2.5 LPA. The highest package offered ranges from 8-10 LPA in some cases. Top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and some other service-based companies. Internships are not guaranteed for everyone, but 40-50% of students manage to get internships, mostly through their own efforts or online platforms.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in Oriental College of Technology is decent. Classrooms are okay. Labs are available for practicals, though some systems could be upgraded. The library is useful for basic study. Wi-Fi is there, but it is not always very fast. Hostel facilities are average, and rooms are manageable. Mess food is okay, not great, but adjustable. The canteen is fine. Sports and ground facilities are available. Overall, the campus life is decent.
Faculty: Faculty members are mixed, as some teachers are really helpful and explain well. Some teachers focus more on theory. The course curriculum is as per the university, and it's not fully industry-ready, so students need to do extra practice. Exams are not very tough if we study regularly. Passing is not difficult, so most students clear exams. Overall, teaching is okay, but self-study matters more.

Absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: The percentage of students getting placed is average, and the highest package is 19 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA in the college. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, and so on. The company provides jobs and also internships to students. Top roles are engineers, analyst developed and interns.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure in the college are good, and they also have proper Wi-Fi, computer labs, classrooms, and subject labs as well. The quality of the facilities in the hostel is well maintained, with hygienic food in the mess and also in the canteen.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the quality of education is also good because the teachers are experienced and qualified. The semester's exams are totally theory-based and easy to score. The passing marks are 35 out of 100. College make student industry ready by taking them to industrial visits.
Other: This course is demanding due to the demanding technology in the IT industry and in the Computer Science field.
