It is a decent college with average placements and good campus life.
Placements: In Oriental College of Technology, placements are decent, especially for CSE/IT courses. Around 60-70 percent of students got placed, depending on skills and preparation. The average package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. The lowest package offered ranges from 2-2.5 LPA. The highest package offered ranges from 8-10 LPA in some cases. Top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and some other service-based companies. Internships are not guaranteed for everyone, but 40-50% of students manage to get internships, mostly through their own efforts or online platforms.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in Oriental College of Technology is decent. Classrooms are okay. Labs are available for practicals, though some systems could be upgraded. The library is useful for basic study. Wi-Fi is there, but it is not always very fast. Hostel facilities are average, and rooms are manageable. Mess food is okay, not great, but adjustable. The canteen is fine. Sports and ground facilities are available. Overall, the campus life is decent.
Faculty: Faculty members are mixed, as some teachers are really helpful and explain well. Some teachers focus more on theory. The course curriculum is as per the university, and it's not fully industry-ready, so students need to do extra practice. Exams are not very tough if we study regularly. Passing is not difficult, so most students clear exams. Overall, teaching is okay, but self-study matters more.

Absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: The percentage of students getting placed is average, and the highest package is 19 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA in the college. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, and so on. The company provides jobs and also internships to students. Top roles are engineers, analyst developed and interns.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure in the college are good, and they also have proper Wi-Fi, computer labs, classrooms, and subject labs as well. The quality of the facilities in the hostel is well maintained, with hygienic food in the mess and also in the canteen.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the quality of education is also good because the teachers are experienced and qualified. The semester's exams are totally theory-based and easy to score. The passing marks are 35 out of 100. College make student industry ready by taking them to industrial visits.
Other: This course is demanding due to the demanding technology in the IT industry and in the Computer Science field.

The college is absolutely satisfied because of its good faculty and facilities.
Placements: The ratio of placed students is quite good in this course. The highest package is 19 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, HCL, and Mastek. Students also get internship opportunities through placements, and the top roles offered are engineers analyst, and interns.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college campus are very good, with all the requirements that are Wi-Fi, computer labs, classrooms, library, and subject labs as well. The quality of the facilities in the hostels, food in the mess, and the canteen is also good.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is also good because they are experienced in this field. This course also makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are not that difficult, but an easy scoring and passing percentage is only 35 marks out of 100.
Other: This course is in-demanding and the best thing about this course is the increase in technology in the IT/computer field.

Placements: The percentage of students placed is good because the demand for technical knowledge is growing day by day and so it helps students in this field to get job-ready. The highest package is 17 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Capgemini, and HCL. Top roles offered are data analyst and software engineer. Students also get an internship through the placement.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very good and well-maintained with labs, classrooms, Wi-Fi, library, subject labs, and so on. The quality of hostel rooms and services is also good with proper food facilities in the mess as well as the canteen. Medical facilities are also available on the college campus with a playground for sports and rooms for indoor games.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable as they have been working for many years and the teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is very relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are not that much stuff and also they are easy to score. The pass percentage is 35 percent.
Other: The course is demanding and enhances the chances of being independent.

Satisfied because it’s affordable for the middle class, and in terms of the quality of education.
Placements: In my course, approximately 80% students are placed every year. The highest package is 72 LPA, the average is approximately 6-7 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Top companies are Deloitte, TCS, Capgemini, and Cognizant. Not too much internship is available. Mostly it is sales, but every field has its own good demand.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are not very good, but it's good for studies and other activities. The hostel quality is too poor, but the canteen and medical facilities are good. The mess and canteen serve hygienic food with vegetarian and sometimes non-veg options, but many students describe the mess food as average, while the canteen offers additional variety and snacks.
Faculty: Teachers are seriously very helpful and well qualified, and they have too much experience. The course curriculum is very relevant and makes it more interesting. The pass percentage is good after 1st year only, 1st year students have to face problems with exams.

Nice campus and supportive environment.
Placements: Currently, I am in my 2nd year, and in my view, 60-80% of students are placed, with the highest package of 12-15 LPA and the lowest package of 2.5-4 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and Cognizant. About 40-50% of students get internships, and the common roles offered are software engineer, developer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The campus is good, and the department has decent Wi-Fi, well-equipped computer labs, smart classes, and a library. There are 2 boys' and 2 girls' hostels on the college campus, having average food quality. Rooms are available in single, double, and triple sharing with basic medical and sports facilities.
Faculty: Most teachers are helpful and well qualified, and teaching is average. The course curriculum is okay but not fully job-ready. Students have to learn extra by themselves. Semester exams are moderate, taken by RGPV University, and the passing percentage is 70-80%.
Other: CSE is a high-paying branch and has good scope in the college should reduce class timing to give student their time to work on themselves. Limited scholarship is provided, and there are many clubs in college. Every year, there is an event named Teach-Acme, which is full of joy and activities.
