P.S.V. College of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed Diploma in relevant stream from a recognised Institute.
MBA/PGDM	Candidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.

P.S.V. College of Engineering and Technology offers Degree courses including 10 UG and 7 PG courses. These programs are offerred in Full Time mode. P.S.V. The ECE syllabus is not similar in all the Indian colleges. Talking about the first year of ECE, the general subjects taught are almost similar that include Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Chemistry, Computer Programming, and the basic fundamentals of the field to provide a basic foundation for the ECE course ahead. Further, the Electronics and Communication Engg. syllabus will differ on the basis of the course level, specialization, and the college offering the course.
