Good College with every facility.

Placements: As being a Medical College, there is no direct campus placements. My batch had 45 students - some are doing higher studies, some are practicing as in their private clinics, while some are practicing in collaboration with some hospitals. Internship is there itself in college hospital with all the clinical exposure. Students used to have academic activities like - debate competition, poster competition, quiz competition, research projects; on the other hand there are many of co-curricular activities like - sports, annual gatherings, dance, singing, plays, etc. Over all a complete personality development of individual.

Infrastructure: My college has the best infrastructure as compared to any Homoeopathic College in India. Full furnished classrooms with projector connections in every class, labs are well-equipped with all the necessary specimen required, library has computer library and books library in addition to journals, articles. College has basketball ground, cricket ground, volleyball ground, badminton area.

Faculty: The curriculum of BHMS is of 5 and a half year including one year of internship. The teachers right from first year helps the students in any way the students asks them. Doubts asked are cleared in time. The teachers have pattern of teaching via textbooks, presentations, clinical practices. Many of the things are taught practically. As being a medical course more of teaching includes practicals, clinics, hospitals duties.

Other: DJ night every year. Inter-College Debates, Quiz, Ellcaution completion Annual gathering Convocation Scholarship facilities.

Can I take direct admission in Padmashree Dr.D.Y.Patil Homoeopathic Medical College & Research?

The eligibility for taking admission in Homeopathic degree BHMS is through the medical entrance exam that is NEET. In order to pursue the Homeopathy from the above mentioned college you must secure a qualifying score in NEET exam and here the direct admission step does not work. Hope so it will help
