Review of Patna Women's College.
Placements: Our college has its placement drive cell that provides ample amount of opportunities for students to sit for placement drives in the 3rd year with reputed organisations like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides very good and well-equipped infrastructure and facilities like audio-visual rooms, a language lab, a computer lab, a central library, a departmental library, etc. It has a beautiful auditorium.
Faculty: We have OJT as a part of the course in 3rd year. All teachers are highly qualified. The curriculum is drafted in such a way that the course provides a perfect combination of practical as well as theoretical knowledge. Exams are conducted semester-wise and are divided into mid-semester and final-semester exams. Mid-semester exams are conducted for 15 marks.

Good course and college is very disciplined.
Placements: Heyy! Many students come in PWC but in our dept. CEMS only few girls are there. I would like to talk about the course, to be honest this course is very good and technical course and interesting as well. We can go in many fields for jobs like in news channels, cinema, radio, newspaper. It is communicative english, so it enhances our communication skills too.
Infrastructure: When we talk about the infrastructure, in our department there is 1 language lab, 1 studio, 1 library. In language lab we can learn about communicative language. In studio we can learn about technical courses and learned how to work on a system. We learn adobe and many more. In library there are many books related to our course that helps us in enhancing our skills. In the department there is a camera and from that camera we can learn photography.
Faculty: There are many teachers in our dept. Everyone is knowledgeable but there are some teachers who only come and teach. This course makes students industry ready. The semester exams are a little difficult but it is good. The questions come from Current Affairs.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a news anchor. This course makes a person smart and bold.

I am satisfied with the college.
Placements: There are not many placement opportunities offered in our course, however, there are certain internships with companies like Aditya Birla Group and Wipro. Though I have to still pass the college and I don't know much about the placements given through this college, I assure you that the study is very good, and you won't get better BBA faculty anywhere in Patna or anywhere around.
Infrastructure: Our college hostel is very hygienic and there is a good environment to study on campus and it is a very friendly and good place. The campus has various facilities such as mess, nursing room, canteen, etc. Hostel students are trained in many fields such as dancing, singing, and creativity also.
Faculty: Patna Women's College is one of the top colleges in Patna for the quality of education is provided. Almost every year many students get government jobs just after college. Teachers are very much helpful and they are ready to help in every possible way.
Other: Everything on the campus is good but the course is very much costly. Every year, students have to pay more than Rs. 30,000 every year. It is much more costly when compared with other graduation courses.

Absolutely dissatisfied with campus life as mobile phones are not allowed inside the campus.
Placements: 20 students got placed in my batch. The highest package offered was 2 LPA, the lowest package was 10,000 per month. 35 to 45% of students might have got internships in various companies as most of them are UPSC aspirants. The roles offered are teacher, lecturer, research scholar etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is beautiful from outside, but it is very old from inside. Phones are not allowed inside the campus. The canteen is very small and serves poor quality food. An E-library is available, but very few books are available. Computers are available with restrictions.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, and their teaching quality is good. Semester exams are very difficult. The pass percentage is 100%, and we've to study really hard and in detail to pass the semester exams. We have to prepare several assignments and also give viva tests.
Other: I chose history honors because I was interested in it from the very beginning. I just wish teachers are more helpful by providing notes because we had to make our notes alone with the help of several books.

A bit dissatisfied as the fee is very high.
Placements: This course places students in MNCs or any sector that is concerned with business and communicative sectors. It is apt for those looking for professional courses. It will assure you an overall personality development according to your choice of field.
Infrastructure: It is equipped with all the required facilities. If you are doing any departmental assignment, the internet is assured. There is a games room, and you can play carrom, basketball, badminton and various other sports at college and university levels. The canteen is hygienic and cost effective.
Faculty: The teachers have been a great influence. As trained as the students are, undoubtedly, the teachers are phenomenal. The pass percentage is 40, which is uniform in most of the courses in PWC. The exams are not difficult if you pay attention in the class.

I am not satisfied, and the college needs to improve on extracurricular activities.
Placements: About 10% of the students are offered very low packages, and 10% of students did not get placed. The college needs to give good opportunities for students to practice what they learn. Our college requires to improve on placements in every course. It is worth studying in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college has no Wi-Fi or labs. Classrooms and library have good environment and materials. The college rarely conducts sports events. The canteen is average, and they need to improve on the menu at a reasonable price. The infrastructure was good. There was no usage of the phones inside the campus, which was a problem for the students.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, but some were strict. Their teaching quality was average, yet the course is relevant. Our college does not make students industry-ready. The teachers should provide excellent guidance to the students. Some teachers teach very well and give outstanding notes, but not all teachers do this.
Other: Our course is a knowledge-based course. I hope the college helps students to get good internships.

Dissatisfied because of no placements, but the infrastructure and campus are good.
Placements: There are no placement offers in this course. There are no top recruiting companies who come for placements. There are no top roles offered in this course. Hardly any companies come for placements. Maybe 2-3% of the students got placements that too with low salary packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library and other facilities are very good in our college. The quality of food is average in the mess and canteen. The college has good medical facilities. The college has a games room for students, and sports are conducted every year.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good. The course is good, and it also makes students ready for the industry. But the teachers should try to make the lectures more interactive with students. They should teach more rather than dictating the notes.
Other: The course helps us to be fluent in English. As we know that the fluency is very much important in workplace. Companies should come up for placements, which is lacking in the college.

Good college with good faculty members and standard level.
Placements: Only placement was given in Pune that too for call centre jobs with a salary of twenty thousand per month. There was no internship organised by the college. We ourselves had to look for internship. From knowledge and teaching kind of view, it was okay.
Infrastructure: It is a beautiful college with very big ground and all facilities available. This college is one of the best colleges when seen from its infrastructure kind of view. The smart class are available which is not allowed to use. The library is very beautiful. Ground and everything is very well-organised. The events, fests, dance, sports, debates competitions were organised by the college.
Faculty: The faculty members are very nice and understanding faculty with smart classes and library facility are there. Multi curriculum activities are available. The teachers are very patient, helpful, and provide with every bit of the knowledge. In our department, there were around 5 faculty members.
