The admissions of 75% of sanctioned intake shall be done by HSTES through counseling as per the Reservation Policy notified by the State Government of Haryana.

Yes, you may get direct admission into PIET (Panipat Institute of Technology) for certain courses. The admission criteria of the institute consists of several criteria. For most of the courses, students are selected either on merit or entrance basis. Additionally, students need to participate in state or institute-level counselling as well depending on the course. However, the institute reserves 25% of the sanctioned intake for students applying under the management quota. This is valid for those applying for BTech, BTech LEET, BPharm, Diploma in ME, Diploma in ME (LEET), DPharm, etc.

BBA | Class 12 or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% with English as a compulsory subject from a recognised board |
MCA
| Bachelor/Master Degree in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% (47.50% aggregate for SC/ST) |
MTech | B.E./B.Tech in relevant stream with minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA is required for general category students, and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA for SC/ST candidates and differently abled students |
