Candidate from general category must have passed with 45% in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination, Or 55% marks in the subject or related subjects, Or 50% marks in the aggregate, when the subject is not studied. Candidate from Sc/St category with 40% marks in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the course. Marks in compulsory Environmental Education/Studies will NOT be taken into account for the calculation of aggregate marks. If the subject Environmental Science studies as an elective subject of 100 marks, it may be taken in to account for the purpose of determining the aggregate mark.
