Presidency College offers admission to candidates in the UG programmes based on their merit and performance in the telephonic interview round. Aspirants seeking admission in PG programmes need to appear for a written aptitude test followed by an interview round. The college also accepts KMAT/ Karnataka PGCET for MBA/ MCA programmes. Presidency College conducts a written aptitude test to shortlist candidates for admission to PG programmes. The college also accepts KMAT/ Karnataka PGCET for MBA and MCA programmes. Selected candidates have to further go through an interview session scheduled by respective programme counsellors. Once the selection process is over, aspirants have to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the college.
It depends on the course aspirants has selected. Candidates applying for MBA or MCA programme need to have a valid KMAT score. Karnataka Management Aptitude Test or KMAT is a Home Based Online Remote Proctored Test. For all other courses, merit in the last qualifying exam is considered for admission. Aspirants are further evaluated through a personal interview round.
Candidates should have passed Class 12 examination with a minimum of first class and above to apply for BCom at Presidency College.
