Hi Somesh,
IBS is slightly better than Welingkar as it provides better placements and campus life (Welingkar has no hostel). Whereas, Welingkar provides better industry exposure (Being located in Mumbai).

MMS cutoffs are as high as 98 percentile for Open category. You should apply for PGDM. You have a good chance of getting an interview call for PGDM. PGDM and MMS are at par. Students sit together for placements.

Yes, Welingkar does offer ILS seats. There will be a notification on the website: http://www.welingkar.org/Home/home_flash.asp somewhere around April end or start of May.

Ranking wise Welingkar is above Dalmia anytime. This calls for better placements. Don't have much knowledge about Dalmia though.
