You can get admission without any query. Behaviour of everybody is very good.

Placements: No student got any placement from my course. No jobs are offered. I did not hear about any internship provided by the college for the students. Semester exams are conducted in the college and classes are also provided.

Infrastructure: Classrooms were clean, but there is no college hostel. There are many PGs near the college, but no hostel is provided for the students. There is just a parking and the college and an office is all you get. The toilets need to be cleaned. There are three bathrooms provided in the college. There is no canteen in the college but you get many restaurants out of the college.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Semester exams are not too hard. There is no problem in the semester exams. Just the final exams must be given. 30% is the pass percentage for this course.

Yes, ofcourse. You are eligible to doB.Ed from Province College Guwahati even if you have completed your graduaton in BCA. The eligibility criteria for B.Ed includes that you should have completed you bachelors degree in any domain from a recognised university. Thus, you are eligible.
