The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course at Pune Institute of Aviation Technology is to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects or have completed a three-year Diploma in Engineering. Candidates with a higher qualification in Science with Physics and Mathematics are also eligible to apply for admission. Admission to the course is given on the basis of physical fitness and merit in the qualifying examination. The college offers admission on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the minimum eligibility criteria every college asks for is 55%. Therefore, it is possible to get into Pune Institute of Aviation Technology with 70% in class 12th.
