RV Teachers Training Institute (RVTTI) is located in Bengaluru and was established in 1954. It is funded by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust, Jayanagar, Bangalore. It has been recognised by the Government of Karnataka and National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offers a two-year Diploma in Education (D.Ed). RV Teachers Training Institute (RVTTI) has been selected by the Government of Karnataka as one of the key centers for teaching Science, under the UNICEF project, in which, the Institute has received funds that enabled them to use a host of technological apparatus and equipment in the teaching process. RV Teachers Training Institute (RVTTI) campus features laboratories (computer, psychology and science), library and reading room, methods room, multi-purpose room, seminar hall, auditorium, classrooms, lecture halls, guest room, sports room, arts room, conference hall, office room, prayer and cultural activity hall, and so on.
RVTTI is the oldest co-educational teachers’ training institute in the city. TTI was selected as a project centre by the British Council and the DSERT, and experts from Britain participated as resource persons in an Environmental Studies Workshop conducted on campus. It is also a part of a scheme titled Access to Primary Education, which was facilitated by the UNICEF who were kind enough to supply us with a duplicating machine, for which we are grateful. In 1994, the institute also undertook literacy programmes for the villagers of Manganahalli, for a period of one year. Our teachers and staff were primarily involved in the project, and our then Principal T.A Srimathi received state awards in recognition of the same.

Eventhough, considering it's reputation and legacy span over six decades, it was not ranked by the national institute ranking framework 2023. As if wasn't very old college established in 1954 which was recognised by Government of Karnataka and national council for Teachers education.Also R V teache

R V Teachers Training Institution had given very good placements. Packages were usually between INR 3.1 to 6 lakhs, based on the students performance. R V Teachers Training institution had dedicated team works for building career opportunities for all the students.
