Yes Radharaman Engineering College give 100% scholarship that includes merit based Full tution fee wavier.
Need based Financial assistance but there is no Blanket policy that gives scholarships to hte SC/ST/OBC/EWS By default.
Scholarships also are allocated in limited numbers
