RCSM College of Agriculture Kolhapur - All the information feels structured, placements, etc.
Placements: The capacity of the college is 210. About 208 students were in my classroom. The highest package allotted last year was 9 Lacs per year, and the lowest was 2.7 Lacs. There were many recruiting companies like Syngenta, Nath Seeds, BASF, etc. All the students got internships during the completion of the course in various companies.
Infrastructure: The college campus is very big and clean. Each lecture hall has its own projector, 6 fans, windows, and a capacity of 200 students. Overall, the infrastructure is quite nice because the college has been recently renovated. The computer lab is big and can accommodate 50+ students. The library alone can accommodate 75+ students at a time. Hostel rooms are allocated in pairs of 2 students. Two students can live in a room comfortably. 2 beds, 2 tube lights, and 2 light bulbs, along with 1 fan, are provided in hostel rooms. Also, 2 separate cupboards are provided by the college.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful. All the teachers have doctoral degrees. They have thorough knowledge about their subjects. All the lectures are conducted in a playful atmosphere where all students understand the teachers' teaching, and we enjoy the lectures. The course and curriculum are relevant because most of the students come from farming families. The course is very good for future agri-entrepreneurs. Semester exams are very simple and easy to pass. The passing percentage is about 95%.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty.
Placements: The college provides the opportunity for placement but students really don't apply for it, as the students are focused towards civil exam or M.Sc. but 2.4 lakh per year is the maximum package for positions like manager and field officer. Zydex industry has recently approached our college.
Infrastructure: The hostels are good with good Wi-Fi connection for 24/7. The college building has old pattern but with spacious classroom. The food quality of the mess is also good as the mess is mostly managed by students themselves. Different laboratories for different departments are there for soil department and fertilizer department.
Faculty: All the teachers have completed their PhD in their respective department. The teaching quality is also very good because teachers have at least 15 years of teaching experience. The course is curriculum relevant and it makes the students industry ready. Semester exams are not much difficult.

It's very nice and very helpful college for me all time.
Placements: 75% I have in my college is college offer best course in Kolhapur and internships in Kolhapur is the most expensive university in the state of Maharashtra but it has been in this state since last month so it will not go up in the future and it is very difficult for.
Infrastructure: Here all facilities are available Like library hostel ground, and here all facilities in very good condition, yes, all food available in Cantin and fresh food also like Vada fruits, but I think the price of food will go down in a couple years time to make sure the price of fresh.
Faculty: Yes of course your teacher is very helpful in all his classes but he does? T know what he wants and does? T know how much of it to pay him to teach it and then you can just say you want it to go back and do the math or something and See what I mean I mean like.
Other: Because I will choose because for my best career.

Satisfied because of teaching end education standard but placements are less.
Placements: There are very less placements from this college. Only 30-40% students get placements. The average package is about 4-5 Lacs per year. Many SEED companies come here for the placement purpose but very less students are placed there. If you are able to study hard then I suggest to take admission here.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good but the hostels are not very well maintained. The mess and canteens provide good quality of food. The library have very advanced books and classrooms are very clean. There are labs for experiments and the instruments in these labs are very advanced.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and they helped me a lot. The quality of education is very high. The semester end exams are very challenging. The pass percentage is very good here that is near about 80% students. This college is very strict about studies.
Other: I choose this course because I love studying about agriculture. This college supports extracurricular activities very much. If you want to play sport then this college is for you.
