Good for poor students, worst location (electricity power plant touched with college boundary).

Placements: The percentage of students placed is very low, almost negligible. Each year, approximately 10 out of 60 students are placed from each branch, ranging from 2 LPA to 5 LPA. According to the previous year 2024- 25, visiting companies like Academor, Rinex, SPM AUTOCOMP Pvt Limited, Daksha Foundation, which pays an annual salary of approximately 2 LPA to 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is pretty good. There are 3 boys' hostels and 1 girls' hostel, with an accommodation capacity of 150 students. You get all the basic facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library. But in reality, a number of Google sits, Flipkart, Zomato, etc. They are restricted from using their Wi-Fi, and also you can't use your data inside the hostel due to the network problem. The water is very dirty, unfit for use.

Faculty: Most of the faculty expect one or two, who are below 30 years, with very little knowledge, especially in the computer science and information technology branches. No faculty of the newly opened IT branch (2024). The course curriculum is outdated. In terms of exams, the college is very unpunctual with strict semester paper checking.

Other: College is suitable only for poor students with a salary of below 2.5 lacs. Hardly, you get PGs or a rented room within a radius of 10 km. Faculty should be well-qualified, not low-minded. There should be more boys' hostels, as most of the students have to live outside. Events or fests are organized hardly twice a year. Scholarships are available for state students.

If you want to prepare for government exams then you will love this college.

Placements: Placement is not very good in my college. Only the mechanical, civil, and electrical branches have placements. The highest package is around 12 LPA from the electrical branch. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Prism Johnson, BHEL, etc. Internships are not provided by the college you have to do yourself on your own.

Infrastructure: Classrooms of our college are quite good having digital boards, projectors, fully Wi-Fi enabled, etc. All labs are in good condition with all necessary equipment according to your courses. All books are available in library and especially for 1st year students a book is given for the complete year. Hostel rooms are in the best condition as 1st year hostel is newly built so facilities are in good condition. Mess food is quite acceptable with a variety of foods available on different days according to the mess menu decided by the committee. Medical facilities are not so good and provide some basic medicine like for headaches, fever, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified in their fields as most of them have graduated from India's prestigious institutes like IITs, Nits, IISER, etc. Course curriculum is outdated, and focuses only on academics not making students industry-ready. Semester exams are not so difficult to pass if you study well then you will definitely score better than others try to write copy neat and clean.

Other: Since, in today's scenario, computer science and engineering are in great demand and also I was exhausted from PCM and wanted a change in subjects that's why I chose this field. Events are held from time to time in our college like our fest Abhiyan Jana coming on March 29. Campus is not very large and less crowded which is better for less distraction. There is poor connectivity and transport facilities. Scholarship is provided by the Uttar Pradesh government which amounts to Rs. 55,000- Rs. 60,000 for OBC students and Rs. 70,000- 1 Lakh for SC/ST students.

I am satisfied with the faculty members of our college but placements are the worst in our college.

Placements: In my course, Computer Science and Engineering, there are 75 students in class. Placements are not very good here as CSE starts in 2021 in our college and the first batch is going to pass out next year, 2025. Placement is good in the mechanical, Civil and electrical departments. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Prism, Johnson, etc. No internships are provided in our college; you have to find an internship on your own.

Infrastructure: Facilities were quite good in our college, with well-maintained classrooms with digital boards, projectors, and a fully Wi-Fi campus. The library is good and mostly books are available there. Especially for first-year students, a book bank is available. There are 3 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel on our campus. Hostel rooms are good with basic facilities like 1 bed, 1 table chair, and 1 almirah for your good washrooms. Bathrooms are common to all and sufficient in quantity. Mess food is good and acceptable with a variety of food available in our mess menu. The cafeteria is available on our campus, which generally remains open every time.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are the best in their respective fields, as most are qualified from IITs, NITs, ISSER, etc. In my opinion, our college curriculum was outdated; it needs to change to make students industry-ready. Semester exams were easy if you studied properly, not very hard.

Other: Computer science and engineering is the most demanding field in today's scenario. Our course provides you with practical knowledge about real-life projects, which makes you industry ready. Our fest name is Abhiyanjana, organised annually on our college campus. Connectivity is very bad as our college is far away from the main city so you face problems of transportation. No crowd is there; you will be fully focused on your studies.

RECM - The Most Underrated College of UP.

Placements: Almost 60% of students were placed in our batch of 2015-2019 in the Civil Engineering domain. The highest package offered was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 3.2 LPA. The median was 5.5 LPA. Prism Cement, Ultratech Cement, and L&T Construction were the top recruiters. Almost 15% of students got shortlisted for the L&T Young Fellowship program, and 4 of them received PPOs. The top roles offered were BIM Engineer, Estimation and Costing Associate, and Site Supervisors.

Infrastructure: The newly constructed building has 24*7 Wi-Fi access with a speed of 200 Mbps. The classrooms are well-equipped with digital boards and air conditioning. The new labs are equipped with the latest technical instruments for almost all subjects. The hostel is well-ventilated with a capacity of 800 students per hostel. The food quality is moderate, with an affordable canteen offering good quality food. There are gyms, a badminton court, a basketball court, and a football ground available.

Faculty: The professors are qualified with M.Tech from IITs and IISc. They are young, and passionate, and provide proper guidance for real-time job skills. The curriculum is a bit old, but the professors guide you on the latest available technologies and train you as per market demands. Semester exams are moderate; one can easily pass if they are thorough with regular class notes.

Other: I had an interest in Mechanics since school days, so I chose Civil Engineering. The best thing about the course is that you can test what you have studied in classes, whether it is foundation design or superstructure design. Frequent industrial and site visits could be improved here. Additionally, there is independence to pursue subjects like CADD design in the curriculum. Abhivyanjana is the annual fest, and the campus crowd is amazing. A con is that it is a bit distant from Mainpuri town. Various literary clubs, sports meets, and fests are there.

Review of Rajkiy Engineering College Mainpuri.

Placements: 70% of students are placed in college placements. The highest package is 15 Lacs, and the close packages are 4 Lacs. In every specialization, it is 5 Lacs. Companies like Amazon and Flipkart come to the college. In this course, you can be placed in EVs, solar panels, semiconductors, power stations, etc.

Infrastructure: In college, there are 7 faculties in the Electrical Engineering branch. They have labs, libraries, and study rooms. In the hostel, you have spot rooms, a mess, and a ground. Washrooms are cleaned. There are three Almirahs, three B.Ed, and three study tables. On the college campus, there is a gym and canteen.

Faculty: Teachers graduated with Ph.D. degrees from IIT and NIT colleges. After completing the B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, you are able to get a job in semiconductor industries, EV industries, electric cars, and power stations. The semester exams are moderate in level. Every 6 months, you have to give your semester exam.

Other: I like the college campus and the faculty members of the branch. There is a lack of teachers in the branch. Every year, a fest, fresher party, and farewell party are organized.

It is the best college for students to explore their passion.

Placements: Around 75% of students get placements in our college and 85% of students got internships. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA and the lowest salary package was 3 LPA. Top recruiting company was TCS. Computer engineering provided great scope for students to explore knowledge and achieve their dreams.

Infrastructure: Labs were good. Library was the best. The quality of food served in the mess was very good. Hostel had a common study room.

Faculty: Some teachers in our college were helpful and motivated students to keep going in their fields. The teaching was effective.

Other: I chose this course because of my passion for it.
