The summary of the review is that the college is absolutely good. It is government-funded college.
Placements: Mainly about 40% of the students get placed in my course. Students whose academics are good get the main recruitment companies. The average package offered is 3 LPA. Most of the package is also very good in this regard and we have good internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not provided. The labs are good and classrooms are normal. College library is also big which we call it center library. Many facilities are provided by the college. But some facilities are very minimum. The infrastructure of the college is good but it is too old.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful which can help too. Teachers are qualified and most of them are also knowledgeable. They provide good ways and give good guidance for the academic. The semester exam is normal and there is no difference in it. The pass percentage is normally good.

Satisfied with faculty members and college but not with the placements.
Placements: Placements were not good. 5-6 students got their placements with an average package of 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Few of them got salary of 6 LPA - 7 LPA from TCS, Reliance, and some other software companies. College did not help with placements and internships. Students did their internships with the help of their own connections.
Infrastructure: Electrical engineering branch had few labs which were not in good condition. Classrooms and professors were satisfying. There was no canteen. Medical facilities were also not available at this college. There were various sports clubs and tech clubs. Computer lab was not frequently used.
Faculty: Faculty members were really nice. They were really sweet and helpful. They were qualified and knowledgeable to teach their own respective subject. The syllabus and curriculum were relevant to the subject but the practicals were not frequent. They did not provide practical knowledge and problem-solving techniques.
Other: I chose the electrical engineering branch because it needs imagination to imagine waveforms of current and voltage, flux linkage, etc. It made modern life easier and comfortable. College provided extra guest lectures, and other events and fests.

Rewa Engineering College review.
Placements: According to my seniors, approximately 30 percent of the students were placed last year. The highest package was 15 LPA, the lowest was 1.5 LPA, and the average package was 4.5 LPA. Some students got off-campus placements because they had good skills, so they were able to get better packages. However, the college does not include these students in their placement percentages.
Infrastructure: The college has four playgrounds, two hostels, one for boys and one for girls, a library with over 10,000 books, and a vast campus of about 120 acres. The facilities are quite good in the hostel.
Faculty: The facilities at Rewa Engineering College are very good, and the professors are friendly and well qualified. Some of them have studied at different IITs and NITs. The course curriculum is updated and is directly operated by RGPV University Bhopal. The semesters are quite difficult, as is the level of the engineering exams.
Other: I chose this course due to my passion for engineering. There are 2 fest every year college host for is Arrambh and second is Aagaz.

Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Max. Upto 5% students placed on campus, but you can try off-campus. The highest package of the placement is 6 lac per annum, top recruiting companies which are come for hiring engineer BYJUS, Birla cement, Jaypee cement KJS cement etc. All students complete their internship from different companies like BHEL, Birla cement, Power plant etc.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities available in the college. There are free Wi-Fi available in whole college building. There are many Workshop and labs with different type of instrument and machines. There are two library first is Central library which is for GEN and OBC students and second is SC/ST library which is for SC and ST students. There are two boys hostel and one girls hostel, in girls hostel mess facility is available but in boys hostel mess facility is not available. There are one dispensary in College campus there are some medicines available. A sport club is working for the organize different sports in College.
Faculty: The teaching quality is average because some faculty members teaches good and some faculty members doesn't teach good. Course curriculum is best. There are two times mid-semester exam conducted in college which is not very tough, about 95% students passed this easily.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in field of Electrical. So I chosen this course.

One of the top colleges in Madhya Pradesh for CE, EE, EC, CSE & ME.
Placements: About 90% of the students from the EC & CSE branches are placed somewhere but in the EE branch, it is a little tough that about 50% of students get a job. The highest package is 9 LPA. The lowest is 2.4 LPA, the Average is 4 LPA, IT service Based Companies, the top role is AE.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available everywhere on Campus. There are different types of Instruments available in the Lab for practical knowledge. Classrooms are in good condition with a projector in each. The library is open on weekdays. The hostel building is nearby the main college building. Good quality food is available in the hostel mess, rooms are in good condition, separate area for sports activities is available for both boys and girls.
Faculty: The teachers are quite helpful and guide you throughout your courses. This course helps to get a significant grounded knowledge of this field in the industry. The exams are not difficult that much if one should study throughout the session. The passing percentage is above 33%.
Other: I am very much interested in this field and this course helps me to get the right kind of knowledge regarding my interest. The course should more focus on practical knowledge instead of excessive theory. Events are conducting time to time during the academic year. Many scholarship opportunities are also available for students.

I am only satisfied with the good level of college.
Placements: From this year, the college is providing new facilities for more placements. Placements for the civil engineering are more than the other branches. JP cement and other industrial companies are visiting the college, offering packages of 2.50 to 4 lacs per annum. Almost 40 percent of the students are recruited.
Infrastructure: The campus has Wi-Fi and classrooms with projectors, etc. Sports competitions are organised by the students and teachers combinedly. The labs are not good but have all the equipment. There is no canteen in the college campus. Hostel rooms are good. The college is facing a legal issue regarding a land dispute.
Faculty: The teachers are fully supportive in all aspects. They are GATE qualified, and most of them are PhDs from IITs. The teaching quality is excellent. The faculty to student ratio is more than 1:20. We get industry exposure at Itarsi and go to IIT Kanpur for a workshop.
Other: The college organises an event on every engineering day, i.e. 15th September. There are many clubs which are very active in all the activities.

The college is not much good, but satisfied with the faculty. It had low placement in 2015.
Placements: The highest package of Rs. 4 lakhs is offered to the students while the lowest is Rs. 2 lakhs per annum. About 50 percent of the students are placed, and also Jaypee group has visited the college. About 30 percent of the students got an internship from the college. There were normal and average placements for the senior batch. Teachers are also trying for a good package for the students.
Infrastructure: The library is not much better, and the labs have old equipment. The classes have a good condition, and also there is no canteen in the college campus. The hostel is very old, and so the rooms are not better. The food quality in the hostel is average. The college campus also has a Wi-Fi facility. The college also has a doctor who treats the student for free.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is very helpful, and they help the student in every curriculum. They are very qualified, and some are GATE qualified. The new faculty is very talented, and the student-faculty ratio is approximately 40:1. The course is used as prescribed by the RGPV, which is easy and useful. The teacher also uses the projector for their teaching.

Other: Good locality, number of faculty is less but efficient, great library, four streams for bachelor of engineering degree, government college, hostels available for girls and boys, neat and clean environment, near to every important place of needs, Spread over 2 kilometers square area, REC Rewa is a beautiful campus thanks to the initiative taken by students in Greenathon fest, featuring among top government colleges in India. It offers a diverse environment, wide range of opportunities, and exciting technical, cultural and dept. fests to get the best out of everyone. It has its own branch of SBI, post office, medical section and doctors. Overall, the experience of studying in REC was very good.

The last year opening and closing ranks at REC were 62745 and 99523 respectively in CS. Hence, you have to score a minimum 90 percentile in JEE main April-2020. While for Electrical JEE Main percentile above 76 is good enough.
